Nice brewpub just a short walk from the city center. Tasty beer and friendly staff. The quality of the beer seemed to be one step up from Novoměstský Pivovar. Not on my must (re)visit list, but wouldn’t mind going back if I happened to be in the neighbourhood another time.

Visited January 2014, on a Friday evening. Place was pretty much empty when we were there. We opted for the cellar and took a sampler. Service was OK and beer is, well, "creative". Plenty of beer from tap.

Latest visit was in the evening of Monday May 25, 2015. Likely after 20:30 or so, but should’ve been before 22:00.
Fairly crowded, as it often has been in the past. Got seated (me and one friend) at a small table, then was asked if two more persons could join us, no problem. We already ate, so only stayed for a beer each, which were in the usual good quality. Make sure to reserve a table if wanting to go here, or be prepared to wait in line.
Very close to tram stop Štěpánská.
Had the total score at about 86 before, but not as good/nice/comfortable as it was a few or even 10 years ago. Still worth going to though.

Been here several times in the past, some text from some visits below:
I’ve visited Pivovarsky Dum once, when I was in Prague for one week in May of 2005.
I will be going to Prague again in less than two weeks time and have booked a lunch and a guided brewery tour of the pub brewery for our group.

Last time I tried a few of their beers, such as the banana beer, coffee beer, sour cherry beer, nettle beer and one of their more "regular" beers.

Very nice as a home brewer to be able to taste wild experimental beers like the ones I try to make for myself. And they have an awesome selection and good quality of their beers.

Food is very nice too, and good sice portions of that.
The place is a bit pricy compared to many non-tourist places in Prague, but it’s worth a visit and I’d say it’s pretty much mandatory to visit it at least once when in Prague.

Can get quite crowded, so might be a good idea to make reservations or come as small groups (or alone).

Visits to the brewery is possible, but make resevations to be sure, specially if you want the guide to be able to do the tour in English.

They have opened a new restaurant with more than 170 different beers. The home page is in Czech only, but at least you can find the address so you can visit the place.

Managed to sneak in before closing and ordered the tasting tray which gives the majority of the beer in handy rate friendly pours. Also managed to get a couple of the specials and a bottle of champagne yeast beer from the fridge so all was good for the completist. Nice place and the beer was OK. Not the best in Prague but a couple of them rose above the rest.

Good place to go with wide & creative selection (including banana & "krapivnoe" among others). The quality is good also.

Quite interesting place. Beer selection is ok if you are into beers with fruits and other stuff added. Had some decent " normal" beers there, and founda the place worth a visit, especially when you stay in a hotel nearby.

Well a good place to run into if you want Czech food and Brewpub beer on tap. Their own beer on tap eight to be exactly. I didn’t like their beer because it was not really beer I my mind. Banana, nettle, coffee with syrup, green stuff and som bad tasting liquor and booze taste in several of the beers. On top of that the service was terrible, maybe because of language trouble? Anyway, not recommending this place

Ambiance was okay, nothing special. Selection included a number of their own beers, some good, some not. I had a Goulash that was quite decent. Staff was quick to replace our beers, but hardly what you would call friendly or chatty. Value was per local standard, quite favourable because we’re used to Dutch prices. An okay brewpup/restaurant, but hardly essential.
