A funky place. Went there early one Saturday when it was slow. Very friendly and helpful bartender. Respectable draught selection. Cozy seating.

IMPORTANT – IMPORTANT: ratebeer geo map does not position the place correctly. The address is 107.5 Dryden and ratebeer map seems to position is at 1075 Dryden. The place is not outside town like displayed on ratebeer map. Hard to find on top of the hill you will find a small alley around where the 107.5 Dryden address should be. The bar is in the alley. Looks like a dump from the outside. Unusual looking inside too. Open space in the middle, mismatched sofas and tables around. Arcade games. Cool high-tech animated projection of the beer and wine list. Giant projection screen was running the movie Alien. 20+ taps that included Ithaca White Gold, Chouffe Houblon, SlyFox Saison Vos but also crap like Pabst Blue Ribbon. Seems to attract the hip college crowd. I’m not the hip college crowd type but I liked this place. After a long life of pub crawling it is not often that I walk into a beer place that does not remind me of other places and that was the case with Pixel Lounge. If you are hip and a college beer-geek then this is heaven.

Établissement visité le mercredi 15 octobre vers 20h. Ambiance: Grande pièce sombre et vide avec quelques tables et divans. Un mur au complet sert d’écran géant, lors de mon passage on diffusait le film La momie. Musique rock alternatif. Service: Sympathique sans plus. Sélection: 25 fûts et environ 25 bouteilles. (115e rating d’établissement)

Good place. Probably best beer selection in Ithaca bars in terms of rarer/nicer selections. Solid amount of taps with quite a few specials. Ithaca Beer Company opens unique cask ales here on Thursdays often - very cool feature. Great bottle selection includes some sakes. Kind of a trendy place there is rave-ish DJ stuff a couple nights a week - a bit of a scenester place at times during the Cornell semesters. Can’t beat free Ms Pacman as well as some other arcade games. Guys at the bar seem to know what they’re selling.

Live Music, Random Movies play on a wall sized screen. Never gets too rowdy. Great place to catch some eccentric music and a quality draught beer. 24 taps of rotating beers that are often great selections from around the country and the world. There are some arcade games off to the side of the bar if anyone is interested in that sort of thing. The sheer number of taps here is smaller than at the nearby Chapter House, yet the quality of the selections for the taps here often surpasses what the Chapter House has to offer.
