| DiarmaidBHK (281), Pennsylvania | | October 21, 2011 Located next to a "pregnancy center" which seems ironic somehow. Very clean, nearly arranged store. You can make your own sixers and it seemed like most of what they had on the shelf they also had in the coolers. I didn’t see a ton of rare imports but they had a nice selection of local and regional craft. Plus the staff was really nice. | | fata2683 (124), Tucson, Arizona | | June 17, 2011 Neat place that is very small but has a gigantic selection. Lots of neat beers can be found here so take your time. Prices are on the higher side for Tucson but there are always things here that I can’t find elsewhere. Worth a stop! | | ontbeermaker (119), Ontario | | May 17, 2011 As good a selection as I have ever seen. One of the best features of the store is, as far as I could tell anyway, there was no six pack you couldnt take a single from if you just wanted the one to try. When you walk in to your left there is a colour and a selves filled with bombers. Looks like this is where some of the harder to find stuff was. The you walk past their wines and hard liquoirs to the back where there are six packs of basically all west coast beers some imports but then there is a nice huge set of coolers filled with single beers, amazing selection of singles in the cooler. Great stuff, if I am ever in tucson again I will be going here for sure | | daknole (194), Scottsdale, Arizona | | March 23, 2011 Lots of stuff packed into a pretty small place! Must stop here if you are in Tuscon. | | troyc (147), Oklahoma | | March 13, 2011 A small corner liquor store that looked like any other from the outside. Inside, were tons of coolers and shelves of beer, including lots of single bottles. Quite a few brews from the Southwest and West Coast. Prices were about what you’d expect for a specialty beers store. I ended up getting lots of cans to smuggle back in my suitcase. A great place, all in all. Spent a lot of cash though! | | Sledutah (124), Utah | | March 12, 2011 Great selection of bottles in coolers and on the shelves. Friendly staff. A must stop when in Tucson, I’ll be back. | | jmikolich (31), Brunswick, Ohio | | September 25, 2010 While Recently looking at the best beer retailers in the world, I found myself to be spoiled by Hailing from NE ohio, where several of the top 50.. now in my new home I find that Plaza is the best place to continue my need for great beer. Service is fantastic and the folks working are a joy to deal with. However, the selection while it may entertain a beer novice certainly isnt chock full of cellared goodies or rarities. Thankfully they do distribute for Lost Abbey and Deschutes which provides for some much needed awesomeness.. I’m glad to have this place for without them it seems i would be in a beer wasteland. | jenSD (7), does not count - explanation | | September 16, 2010 Rare finds of Craft Beers. Met the Managers. Great Selection! | neuromatt (6), Toronto, Ontario does not count - explanation | | August 29, 2010 Though you’d never guess from the outside, this is a fantastic shop with a great selection. The staff know their stuff when it comes to beer. Easily the best bottle shop in Tucson. | | Travlr (492), Washington, Washington DC | | August 23, 2010 Fantastic selection, both domestic and international. The two girls working that day took great care of us, they knew a ton about the beers, and even let us have a taste of a couple of their newly delivered beers. Definitely worth going out of your way. |
