A great place to have dinner and a beer before the game. Spacious interior. The service is always very good. The selection of beers on tap is very good. The food is very good--better variety and quality than the average brew-pub. Value is about average.

This is a great brewpub...and it doesn’t hurt that it’s located so close the the baseball stadium. It’s crowed and crazy at game times...but that’s fun too. Pyramid beers are excellent...so this is a must stop while in Seattle.

Good all round - beer, food, service, choice of glass size, wi-fi, etc. I found it hard to find a fault.

The best pub and brewery that I’ve ever been. Everything was great at Pyramid Alehouse. I loved the appricot ale.

(Visited 09/2012 on the Seattle Road Dogs Tour): Located right across the street from Safeco on Royal Brougham Way. They have parking lots on both sides of the building but I hear the place gets pretty packed on game day.

The inside is fairly open with the bar toward the center of the space and table seating throughout. The brewing equipment is visible behind glass. The bar has a large board listing the beers, including one-offs.

As for the beers they feature around 12 Pyramid brews with the majority being their standard offerings, plus a seasonal or two (Oktoberfest on my visit) and the aforementioned one-offs. On my visit these included Hop Tep 2, Red Wheat with Fig and a Barleywine. The specialty stuff was higher quality than what I usually associate with Pyramid.

Service for the single-person tour group was good. The bartender was friendly and lined up samples of just about everything, and I got to meet the brewer and take a brief tour.

I did not have any food on my visit.

Overall this is a pretty good spot to hit near the ballpark.

Great location if you are going to a game, and a large nice venue if you aren’t. This is not an intimate pub but a big busy bar with pretty good food. Portions are huge and I am in love with their sauces. They cater to the masses, so it is friendly but not exciting. Service was a little generic and you can’t pick your tasters.

Visited twice during my stay in Seattle. The first time was part of a local brewery tour. The other stops provided 6-8 beers for their tastings, while Pyramid only allowed 3. I didn’t try the restaurant, but it was big and clearly doing a booming business. The location is across the street from Safeco Stadium, which brings me to my second visit. An hour before the Mariners played, I stopped in the Pyramid beer garden with some friends. They provided lawn games (latterball and such) and tables for parking. It was simply a parking lot with a beer shack, but it was a great place to grab a drink before the game and a goldmine for the brewery. I’m glad that they are achieving such great success, but they could share the wealth with their customers a bit more.

July 2010. May have a biased opinion because I cannot get any Pyramid brews at home. Went early in the afternoon (no sports games were happening yet) and sat at the bar. Ambiance was beautiful- shiny bar, view of brew equipment, open kitchen. We tried about 12 taps and I particularly liked their version of an Apricot beer. Big sample pours made it a great deal. Will be a repeat next time I’m in Seattle.

Location is right near Safeco Field. It was nice to visit this location, but I probably wouldn’t recommend it to others. The selection is pretty limited, probably 6-7 beers when I went, and the beers aren’t that great either. It might be fun to grab a beer here before a baseball game, but that’s about it.
