Usually have a few of the brewers combo 12-packs, and Ive picked up a couple of gems here on occasion - the most recent of which was Deschutes The Abyss.
Re-rate, 8/25/2011: this place is getting better and better all the time. More craft beers and mix-and-match 6-packs.
