Huge space out in the Redlands. Plenty of room to grow. Industrial tasting room. Small parking lot which isnít an issue. Probably 10-12 beers on tap during my visit. Reasonably price. Some fun activities (cornhole and such) to play while you drink. Friendly staff. A good stop for the Redlands.

3 nov 2013. Cool place. The building is huge but they don't nearly full it up. It's obvious they are planning on growing into it. 5-6 beers on tap and 2 cask beers. Four beers available in bottles and growlers in 1/2 and 1 gallon sizes. Decent prices. Casks of beer aging along size of tasting room. Three sets if corn hole games. Server got confused about what beers she poured in what order in the tasting flight.

Large (mostly empty) industrial space brewery (with plenty of room to grow). 6 taps and a cask of their regular line up available. Iím guessing they donít get a lot of beer nerds in this place. Bar tender: "Have you had a cask beer before?" Me: "Yes." Bar tender: "So you know that there supposed to be warm?" Their beers were generally above average in quality, but this isnít a place Iím likely to go hangout at. The ambiance has too much of the feel of drinking in an empty warehouse.

Visited in late December with the usual degenerates.
This place is gigantic. You could park a commercial jetliner in here. The size of the building makes the large (20 bbl) brewing system look small. It was also quite cold in there so they had gas heaters set up and barrels to be used as tables. The bar was really just a couple of folding tables and the beer was served into plastic cups which was a let down.
The beers were decent for the most part. The imperials stout was probably the best of the bunch. I was hoping theyíd have more stuff on tap but they are still a pretty young company so hopefully that means theyíll still get around to making some great beers., Will stop back in some time soon since itís been 6 months and I know they have a couple of new beers now.

Brand new production-oriented brewery in very large (>20,000 sq. ft) warehouse with small tasting area that still looks to be in the process of construction and expansion. Very nice sized brewhouse but there is tons of room for future expansion which is nice. Very good selection on tap currently with my favorites being the Extra Red, Hellion, and Big Deluxe IOS. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful (all beer guides working are Certified Beer Servers from Cicerone program). Prices are good ( $6 flights, $5 full pour, very reasonable growler prices as well). Small barrel program in effect. Empty barrels being used as table currently, but am told tables will be in shortly. Small space heaters (gets a little chilly on cold nights even inside). Great place and great beer and am definitely looking forward to what they have planned for the future!

A very well capitalized brewery starting up. Huge warehouse space, immaculate, clean, tremendous room to expand at current square footage. Only 5 beers on tap, they were solid with the two that were quite yummy. All served in plastic cups :/ Not enough barrels on the floor for tables- had to use a kegerator as a table for minute. Area heaters inside the floor space for visitors in the makeshift ítasting roomí on the brewhouse floor. Looks like they already have a barrel program starting. Friendly service, prices fine. Easier to find than Donkey Punch, which is literally caddy-corner to Ritual but no big banner to alert you that there is a secret brewery within this mega mega industrial compound that is about 100 city blocks in area and no signs anywhere to let you know what is going on inside of their blank facades. Every government secret could be held in that compound.

Huge warehouse location. Not much filling it at the moment. Tasting area with a number of barrels used as tables. Friendly and informed service, five beers on tap during our visit. Only really enjoyed two of them, though. Prices were okay, I suppose. Looks like these guys are following the Hangar 24 business model.
