June 18, 2009 Sup bros, this place was decent. Beer was ok, food was pretty darn good. We didn’t get the best service, but we went pretty late at night. I’m pretty sure our server was lit. Very dark. |

April 17, 2009 Got to experience their airport location during a 90 minute layover. 6 taps of good beer, friendly service, and great food. Definitely made my layover an enjoyable experience. |

March 21, 2009 The brewnmaster here does a really good job of producing a very solid beer. There isn’t a huge selection, the there is always one hoppy choice. The quality of the beer and the prices make me come back. |

October 17, 2008 The selection’s never more than about eight deep (three or four standard brews with one or two rotating ones and one or two casks) but they are reliably decent. For $2.75 at happy hour, the price is right too. The standard bar menu is okay, though once you veer into the actual menu the prices rise and the food gets dodgier. Not spectacular by any means, but still a good downtown destination to grab a quick beer or two. |

September 22, 2008 Wow, I have been to a few Rock Bottoms and this was easily the worst one. First of all I had a problem just finding the door to get in. Mark it if you want out of towners to find their way in. Huge inside and hard to navigate even though it was lightly crowded. I ordered some soup and it was easily the worst I have ever eaten. It’s like they scraped the bottom of a rain water barrel and then mixed it with some dog turds. The beer was average at best, but that much I was expecting. Service was also lacking. Overall, a bad experience and I would never visit this Rock Bottom again. |

August 19, 2008 Stopped in on a walk down Hennepin Ave one evening during a business trip. Standard busy, bustling brewpub environment, took a while to get a beer. The coconut milk stout is pretty good, and some other offerings are decent. Staff not so knowledgeable regarding beer, but helpful with tequila (another of my vices). A decent place, but stop by town hall before making a trip out here. |

March 17, 2008 Typical Rock Bottom atmosphere. Big open restaurant with the brewing equipment stacked behind glass opposite the bar. Clean and well kept. There were some nice looking pool tables in the back. I visited at lunch time on a weekday and it was surprisingly busy. They had four seasonals on tap and a half dozen or so other beers that are always on tap. The food was good and the menu was almost identical to other Rock Bottoms. |

January 26, 2008 Food was pretty good. The selection was limited to their own brews and a few other standard crap beers. Service was mediocre as the place tends to be for hipsters doofuses. It’s a good place to duck into for a predictable meal and experience. |

October 22, 2007 The food was the best part of this experience. The beers in the sampler were what you would expect but nothing stood out as great. The atmosphere was laid back but our server seemed to forget about us or she didn’t really care. I had their beer again at the ABR and was again not overly impressed with any of it. |

August 1, 2007 A decent place we pretty much had it and our server to ourselves (8 of us). The sampler was good with most of the beers styles you would expect coming to the front. Our server was a really good guy that spent some time with us joking around and talking beer a bit. The food was good as well with generous portions. The place was lit to the minimum for mid day. I liked it pretty well. It is probably a different animal on Friday nights. |
