Best selection around; whenever I’m in EdmonChucK I make a point of driving by Sherbrooke LS. Very knowledgable staff who can always point you in the right direction.

Easily the largest selection of beer in Edmonton. All beer is kept in a walk in fridge, which although nice in the summer, makes shopping a cold and uncomfortable experience. Because of the huge selection it takes a bit of patience to find what you are looking for, also being in a fridge help isn’t readily available. Costs are pretty average.

Sherbrooke has the best selection of beer in Edmonton hands down. Domestic, import, craft, seasonal; you can find anything your looking for in their gargantuan cooler. They even carry unique beers from local brewers like Alley Kat, made especially for Sherbrooke (ie. Sherbrooke KGB). Unfortunately it isn’t the prettiest or best kept store in the city, and the staff aren’t incredibly helpful (although the staff in the beer cooler do have some good recommendations if you manage to coax it out of them) Prices are average. This is a 40 minute drive away from me, but i still go for the incredible selection.

I realize that my score is a bit lower than most. The reason was the service: No help, no public restroom, little more than a ’heresyourchangehaveaniceday’ from the clerk. Exceptional selection? Absolutely! Reasonable prices? Yes! Lots of exclusive beers? Sure! Also some of the worst service I’ve ever seen.

Probably the largest selection of beers I’ve ever seen under one roof. They had most of the rare ones I was looking for, and the ones they didn’t, I gathered it was only because they were sold out but that they were stocked. Clean, well laid out with beers in the cooler separated by type and country. While the fellow working that night was not exactly a beer connoisseur, he was very friendly and did recommend a new beer that I enjoyed a lot! I will definitely be going back next time I’m in Edmonton!

A great selection of beers that is growing consistently. Prices are a little higher than other places, but that is to be expected with beers not available at other stores in the city. Staff is friendly, and they also have beer of the month club.

Great place; found this on ratebeer and had to check it out while I was in town. I got some great Belgium beers that I have had no luck getting in Vancouver. A fantastic selection of beers. The prices might be higher than other places around ... but cheaper than BC for sure. I will be back.

I love the selection here. The staff are always friendly when you have contact with them. If you ask - they provide great suggestions. Not typically approached unless you ask. The prices are higher than comparative stores that stock similar beers; however, that is the premium you pay to get everything in one place. Favorite beer store in Edmonton.
