| JoeinEscazú (200), San Jose, Costa Rica | | July 8, 2011 It was the right place to end the night, with its divey atmosphere, goth bartendress, and live bluegrass. Found the beers to be solid. Loud and chatty place. | | 19Ei8hty (63), Washington | | August 3, 2009 Dull atmosphere that was fun for the free billiards and foosball - Beer was sufficiently blah. Service was a joke. | | Reid (36), Salem,Oregon, Oregon | | June 29, 2009 Popped in here for a quick pint in the heat and stayed a good few hours , sorry Carmen ( wife).
I liked the ambiance..kinda dive bar meets brewpub. If you liked the Siletz roadhouse you will love this POOL TABLE!!!.
Very relaxed vibes. Great talkative and intresting woman behind the bar.
Loved it. Never had the food. | | BuckeyeBoy (85), Boise, Idaho | | March 25, 2009 We stopped in a while back for out Bend/Hood River 36hr turn around. A pretty small and not much going on place. The beer was not bad the price was very good. | | shotgunn (10), Boise, Idaho | | March 7, 2009 Kind of hard to fine if you weren’t looking for it. It was a Sunday when we went so it was dead. The bartender let us look around all we wanted, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the different beers they had. We ordered a pizza and it was good. I wouldn’t recommend it for going to dinner, but for going in and having a beer and hanging out w/friends it would be good. | | ABUSEDGOAT (57), California | | January 17, 2008 Barlike setting with pool and foosball tables, no minors, etc. Bartender was helpful, fast and friendly. Selection fairly bland, amber, pils, ipa, porter, etc etc. Pricing was great, $2-3 drafts, $6.50 growler refills. Hard to top that. Didn’t eat, but looked like typical pub fare. Worth the stop only if you’ve already been to Deschutes and Bend Brewing. | | Crit (132), New Westminster, British Columbia | | June 17, 2007 [ Updated September 14, 2008 ] Poor location, hard to find. Basically a large empty room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Small range of beers, nothing woderful, but a couple were decent.
Didn’t eat | | harlequinn (112), Tacoma, Washington | | May 26, 2006 Great place, relaxed and laid back with some tasty beers to try. Defintely worth seeking out if you are in town. | | BückDich (215), McCall, Idaho | | March 11, 2005 These guys rocked and stayed open 30 minutes past close just so Sham and I could check the place out. We got samples of the beers on tap and a small private tour of their new 10bbl system. From the outside you would never assume it’s a brewery aside from the plastic banner claiming so on the front. Once you go under the overpass on Greenwood, it’s to your immediate right. If you can get one of the 2 street spots you’re lucky, then walk back east about 100 ft. Lots of homebrewing equipment and a setup bar to serve pints of some silver moon beer. Relaxed place that any homebrew nerd would feel at home in, perhaps that’s why I liked it. |
