80 After landing drive straight here a bit before closing. Huge space in corporate park. Outdoor beer garden was quite comfortable and had some nice tacos at food truck parked there. Variety of styles didn’t blow me away and Oktoberfest was ok. You can see while brewing operations and decent looking swag. Staff were cool. Long drive ahead so had to be responsible. |

76 Nice open spot looking at the brewery. Service was at the counter and decent, but nothing special. Selection is pretty good and varied. Prices were pretty solid and beer was nice. Friday's you can get tasters of their bottles which is a very nice bonus. |
86 Big open taproom space with full view of the brewery, lots of seating at tables or the large bar, and an outside patio that would be cool in the summer. Service was super friendly and definitely knew the beers, there with a recommendation if you need it. Beers ran the entire range of styles, good pilsners, good IPAs, solid sours. A winner in a crowded market. |
84 A large taproom that is right next to the production facility. Large bar and ample seating available. Service was a bit slow but place was packed. They had 20ish beers on tap plus a few bottles available to go. No food on site but they have food trucks. Prices were inline with the area breweries. A strong brewery. |
86 Large taproom, pretty much and extension of a largeish production facility, only FVs visible on casual inspection. Bar on one end and tables, small sidewalk patio, lots of parking. No flights, but four ounce pours, half pours or full pours available, two at a time max. Every single beer was delicious, regardless of style, and some were better than that. Friendly staff. Food truck. Must visit. |
82 Seemed like a hipster haven. Huge seating area. A lot of wood tables. Some outdoor seating. Good beer. Good selection. Good prices. |
74 Visited on a Friday afternoon in February 2017. A rather large place with a prompt service. The beers were decent. Located close to Council, around 15 minutes with Uber from my hotel in San Diego, The Lafayette. |
94 Probably my favorite taproom in San Diego of the dozen or so I visited. Located in an industrial area just off Route 163. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Visited on a Monday afternoon. Large seating area. Good service. Great selection. Love that they offer half pours. They also happened to be rocking some great 80’s tunes while I was there. |
84 Visited with Linh on our last trip out to SD. Nice big warehouse with a tasting room, friendly service, tons of seating area and optionality for smaller serving sizes and tasters. Solid beer and while there’s no food inside, there was a food truck outside when we were visiting. |
