Decent place with a nice selection of beers. Clean but waaaay too hippie for me (Okay, I get it- you hate Bush. Get overyourselves, ya friggin’ pricks and tone down the hatred. I thought it was all about love and hugging and forgiving and gettting along... Worthless.) Beers are average to pretty good. I had the crabcake sandwich and it was quite tasty.

This is by far the best place you will ever drink a beer and get a good bite to eat. They have nothing more than there own award winning beers on tap all the time, dont forget to ask for the nitro! And as far as food goes, the food is some of the best "burger/steak joints" have got to offer. Plus if your there late enough you will see why I rated this place so well, they tear apart the entire kitchen for cleaning, EVERY NITE!!

Again a top tour. Nice guys, lots of beers, some strange food. This place is situated in a outskirt mall. Friendly staff. The furniture is wooden benches, and colorfull paintings. There is really no need to go here, if you go to the sister brewpub at mountain sun in Boulder. But a strange/nice place.

February 2009. This doesn’t come close to being as charming as sister Mountain Sun closer to downtown Boulder. But they offer the same beers (for the most part) and the same quality burger fare. Worth a visit if you’re in this part of town, but otherwise I’d pick Mountain Sun first. (Brewery #472)

When we came to the place it was pretty crowded. We were there to see the brewery and had to wait quite some time for a person to assist us. In the meantime we got a beer on the house. Apparently they had forgotten our appointment. After the tour we got some food and some more beers. Friendly people but I was not especially impressed.

Visited Friday afternoon Dec 19, 2008. Friend and I stopped by here with some time to kill before the Avery tasting room opened. This is a pretty straightforward restaurant space in a strip mall, though they have added some nice design touches to make this a nice place to have a beer. There are several communal tables and a nice long bar to sit at. Overall, the feeling was good in this place. Did not have the food, but the beer was good. Had about 8 of their own handles and 3 guest taps.

Visited for a quick lunch and a drink on a Sunday afternoon, and like others have said, the interior is much more spacious than the Mountain Sun pub in downtown Boulder. Selection was pretty good, 12-14 taps but probably 8-10 were things that I found at the other pub 3 years ago! Maybe just (un)lucky or maybe an indication that they’re a little stagnant. Regardless, I enjoy my visit, tried a new IPA, and was treated well sitting at the bar. A quick bite and a drink was fairly inexpensive. I don’t really dig the stripmall atmosphere where the building is located, but inside it’s comfortable and pleasant.

This is a lot more open and roomy than Pearl Street and has seemingly the same number of taps even though the selection is not the same (be warned now if you visit for Stout Month). Otherwise, same Mountain Sun food and spacey service from waiters/waitresses more in tune with what other co-workers are doing than servicing customers.

This is my neighborhood cut, great outdoor views and the selection is generous. Food was fine a year ago and seems even better now. Great spot to post up, read the paper, and get a fair-priced pint of good stuff in the afternoon.
