10 beers on tap. Completely dead at 4:00 on Friday. Flight of 4 for $12. Super cool dark booths with red painted walls, and leather sofas. Cool bartender. Dive bar extreme. Beers not so great, as is the selection.

Finally made it here as well. Amusingly I was looking for otherwise brewing, which is at this location on Gam's, but is NOT physically there. They do have cans though. Anyway, Kind of an out of the way location, street parking up the hill a bit. Very industrial warehouse outside. Lots of barrels on racks. Signage is cloth flags. Seems more like a popup. Temptoray canopies over picnic tables, popup food being cooked over propane. Loud music. Inside is smaller, borderline cramped. About a dozen taps and some cans.

Perfectly cromulent brewpub that's a bit out of the way. Some good stuff and tasters but the staff was a bit lackadasical (it was a Sunday afternoon).

Another place in an area I rarely frequent that I probably should have made it to before. From outside, the place looks like a pretty decent sized brewery. The tasting room is pretty small and certainly plays on the Speakeasy name. Minimal lighting, dark stained wood, just kind of an old-timey feel in general.

The draft list is largely their typical beers you’ve seen around the Bay Area forever--Double Daddy, Big Daddy, Prohibition, Payback, etc. However, they have a few new and interesting beers, perhaps even exclusive to the tap room for a couple. In general, they make beer that’s fine but that isn’t going to blow your doors off. They also had a couple of interesting bottles (barrel aged barleywine and such), but I wasn’t interested in those during my visit.

Beers are pretty cheap, particularly during happy hour. The service is pretty good. If you’re not into hanging out in the dark tasting room, they do have a small patio outside which is a nice place to sit on a sunny day.

I don’t know when I’d be back here, but it’s a fine enough place to stop and I would certainly have no issue doing so.

Small bar with live music. Has somewhat of a "speakeasy" feeling about it. Most Speakeasy beers available on tap.

Stopped in here during SF beer week last year. My only time. I would come here more often if it was more convenient for me. They have a fairly large brewery with a nice tasting room connected, but with a separate entrance. They definitely play up the speakeasy angle, as well they should. It’s very dark inside with lots of wood and has a cave-like feel to it. The Speakeasy line up of beer isn’t my favorite in the area, but they have some solid stuff. The barrel aged selections have been hit or miss, but some have been very good. The "regular" beers are ok. Pretty clean but not super exciting. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. I like the fact that they put a lot of work into developing the experience of a speakeasy. I’m not sure, but I think I remember them having a vintage bottle list as well. Worth asking anyway. I hope to stop in again soon.

Quite far from city centre but with car it’s easy find and reach. On a Sunday by the opening time we were the only customers. And it stayed like that for about an hour. Very nice speakeasy interior with lots of great details. Decent beers and great service. I would visit again whenever I’m back in SF.

Visited on a Monday afternoon for SF beer week. Dimly lit casual smaller tasting room with bar top seating, couch or two, and a few stand up tables. Twelve taps with a couple special ones on. Service was decent, prices were fine. Could get full pours or sample size, growlers to go and merchandise. Worth a stop if it isn’t too far out of your way or if you are really into Speakeasy beers.
