Outdated ambience, quick service but mostly empthy when i visited the pub. The beers are ok but nothing special. Typical brewpub with no highlights. Mabye stop there if you visit 1516 but do not plan to spend too much time there.

Very nice place. Certain must see. Good selection of house beers. The house beers are in a very good quality

Nice place. Visited in late December 2011. Several house beers, all very decent. Laid-back place with both smoking and non-smoking sections. Pleasant server. Alright food. Certainly worth a visit.

Central, minute’s walk from 1516. Typical brewpub, cool equipment. Mostly ex-Yu staff it would seem, got served quick and efficiently. They haf 4-5 beers, 1 seasonal among them, the Weihnachtsbock, that was cool enough. Not that bad a place, but I was there only shortly and for 1 beer.

Actually not the first place I would recommend in Vienna. Just a place to have a beer and a nice quiet chat. But that is also ok in a big city :-)

This place is not very confortable, nor are the beers good. Unless you are seeking for new ratings, this is perhaps not worth visiting.

Round the corner from 1516. Was visiting in early afternoon, I was the only visitor. 4 beers on tap.Good service, but the waitress didn’t seem to familiar with the beers they served. Had one beer before i left for 1516.

A very quiet pub and I would suggest that this has something to do with the fact that it is so close to 1516. Around 4-5 average house beers available. Only one waitress was working the bar when we were there and she was friendly enough. I found it a bit worrying that the brewing kettles and some of the brewing equipment were located right next to the toilets.

Not an exciting pub with average beers. Nice brewing equipment. The place has an unidentifiable ambince(but it was better than the ambience if the neighborhood 1516)...Friendly stuff, not bad for some beers

Place was empty when we visited. Wood finish on the interior, wood tables and chairs. Service and food was good. Beers were not exciting, like the others have mentioned already. Music didn’t really match the ambience of the place, it was just some radio with modern pop music. Brewery looked nice, toilets were clean. Not bad, not outstanding either. It was a good place to stop and rest.
