i loved the tawandang in BKK but the SG version pales in comparison. overpriced and lacklustre food, looking like a tourist rip off, and their own beer is also rather pricy. it is a decent brew and i dont mind having more, but having a pint here can easily get you 2 pints anywhere else in dempsey. wait for another group discount offer if you want to visit. service is decent and prompt..

We stayed just long enough to try the beers on offer. They were OK but it would be very expensive to have a session here.

It’s just a restaurant that happens to brew Tawandang brew. The beer tastes like kit/malt extract beer, albeit they were clean. We did not order food, it is very expensive and I don’t trust Thai food anywhere but the home country. The outside tables are nice but you are just facing a parking lot. Service was friendly.

This is a shoot-off of the brewpub in Bangkok. It is not as big although there is a stage for live music. They have the same beer line-up of lager, dunkel and weizen. The recipes seem the same as the beers in Bangkok. The weizen is drinkable and has a nice flavor but will not blow you away. The service here is very slow. They have food but I only stopped in for drinks.

This Thai based micro brewery is located just behind Red Dot brewhouse. A large venue with the three Tawandang beers available. The service was poor and staff seemed disinterested once I mentioned I wouldn’t be ordering any food. Having said that, I would give this place another go if I’m in the area.

Nice beers. Good Thai food. Average ambience. Decent Service and band.
