Great little bottle shop just south of city centre. I really liked this pace as it had a huge selection of singles, which is what I am usually looking for when I am traveling, due to luggage limitations but rarely find. The guy running the place was approachable enough and able to give some advice. Highly recommended!

Kleiner Laden mit schöner Auswahl amerikanischer Crafts, viele lokale. Mit Bar, die ich aber nicht probiert habe. Normale Preise für Läden dieser Art an der Eastcoast.

Visited on 12th October 2017. Nice bottle shop in the South St area of Philly. It's small and cramped and there are plenty of bottles to go at. Prices not displayed. Didn't buy anything so can't comment on the prices. Worth a look in but didn't see anything that tickled my fancy

While visiting Philly I was directed to this store from the Whole Foods that doesn’t sell beer. Great selection of favorites and some locals I was looking for. Talk about sticker shock I did the cartoon double take when the cashier gave me the total, but what the hell I was on vacation and got some really good beer I would not have found in Chicago. If I lived in Philly I would go here all the time, on my way from one of my three jobs I would have to have to afford their prices.

Beer selection was good - had a few gems squirreled away. Prices were outrageously high. Had a couple bottles picked out and then didn’t buy them - Oh yeah, they don’t put the prices on the beers. You won’t know until they ring you up. Classic.

Great to see a lot of Lost Abbey stuff here and some Russian River and Belgians I can’t get in Washington D.C. very easily. Small and cramped with lots of beer fridges. Annoying that nothing is priced, because most of what you want tends to be overpriced. There aren’t a lot of beer store options in Philly though and this still manages to be pretty good. Then again, I’m comparing it to D.C. and Ontario before that.

Stopped in here a few days ago while in the area for an event. Figured it was only a few blocks away, might as well check it out.

Atmosphere was just like others have mentioned, it is pretty much a cross between a corner bodega and a bottle shop. It is really cramped and you have to walk around numerous objects to get anywhere. Quality was ok, nothing amazing, some of the bottles looked pretty old. Service was pretty good, I had two different people ask if I needed any help. Selection was decent for the size of the space but nothing amazing. Only one or two things I would have gotten had the prices been reasonable, which they certainly were not.

Overall an ok bottle shop in the heart of the city. If I lived in the area I might check it out every now and then to see what they have but I doubt I will return.

A small (in size) beer store in the lively part of Philly, walking distance from many best Philly’s best watering holes. Very small in size, 20 people in this tiny store an you’re stepping on each other’s toes. But they crammed more cool beers than most beer stores 3 times its size. Americans and imports including a bunch of limited offerings you expect to only find in larger more ‘typical’ beer stores. This is PA and as with most PA beer stores (especially those in the cites) this ain’t cheap. Not sure what other options there is downtown Philly but this one was good enough for me, I bought more things than I could carry. Also a deli selection for your beer munchies.
