Good beer selection. Service was not very friendly. Not my favorite place in San Diego.

Stopped in here on a Monday afternoon while in town. Nice little spot set a bit far away from the main Gaslamp area. 16 taps with interesting barrel aged stuff from Ballast Point and Coronado, some Societe and Stone on tap, and a decent bottle selection. All local of course. They'll do flights of their on tap brews so that was nice and I got to try some extra beers that way. Bartender was very friendly and had plenty to say about the beers they had. Nice place and seems to be doing this beer thing right. Did not get a chance to try food though. Definitely stop in here if you are downtown.

An odd pairing of ambiance and great local draft selection. The vibe is douchey, but they had both Societe and Modern Times on here, as well as at least three other local breweries I didnít see at any of the other downtown stops. The server was very friendly and quick. I love the custom sampler options and the price was good. Will be heading back during my stay.

This is a large place that could hold a lot of people and Iíd imagine that it does fill up on occasion but it was pretty quiet when I was there. Decent tap list but nothing speicial. Maybe next time Iíll eat next door at Yard House and come over here for a Mongo. Actually they had a good amount of local taps, which is neat and really only works well in a place like San Diego with a lot of good beer to pick from.

Just up the street from the Yard House. Large, open interior with maybe 12 taps. All local, San Diego breweries/beers. Nice service but kind of a weird night club vibe on a Saturday night with a DJ playing dance music, even though no one appeared to be interested in dancing. Lots of TVs with sports going.

Almost next door to the Yard House. Fewer beers on offer but plenty of local ultra hopped brews, and certainly more atmosphere.

Was there at daytime. Kind of a real sports bar - ok atmosphere wise but not very special. The normal pub food was average. The beer itself too.

Stopped by after dinner for a nightcap. Place was fairly crowded and service was good. Looked like a good selection of San Diego brews. I liked that they opened early for Sunday football and that our hotel was across the street.

Sports bar with tvs everywhere, a bunch of boring local taps, and a bunch of boring people. Like there arenít 4 dozen other bars in san diego boasting a large selection of local taps...what the hell is the point of boasting a selection of taps you can get anywhere. This place has very few redeeming qualities and is only a last resort or somewhere you happen into when you are accidentally walking buy without any agenda.

Stumbled by on a Saturday night with a friend. Perhaps it wasnít the right time to go and chill with a beer, as nobody was sitting but dancing to the DJ in the back. We sat at the bar and werenít impressed with the tap/bottle selection as we already had most of what was offered. But I will say this- if this bar was anywhere on the east coast, concerning its selection, it would be phenomenal and packed every open hour. So the taps are decent, and with so many TVs there, I know that Iíll be coming back for the Sunday Ticket during football season.
