This bottle shop is entered twice in the RB database. I visited at the end of May 2009, and the staff told me that they had only been open for 6 months. Truly excellent selection of NZ craft beers, rivalled only by Regional Wine & Spirits in Wellington. There were beers here that I have seen nowhere else (Bay’s Exclamator Doppelbock, Pink Elephant Humbug to name just two). Very helpful young staff who worked hard to pack my precious brews in airplane-friendly cartons (great job too). Definitely the place to stop if you’re after craft beer in Christchurch! If I have any criticism, it would be that there is not the selection of imports that some other places might have... but who cares! Kiwi brews in abundance!

The best Beer store in Christchurch with over 200 different craft beers. The monthly beer club is worth going to also, always have a different brewer each month

Best bottle shop in Chch for my money. Fill yr own riggers, emersons pilsner and a guest tap. Great selection of craftbrewed beer in the wall of beer. Tastings every month or so with a local craft brewer. All round a good place to resupply
