Decent bottle selection for a smaller Kensington Toronto bar, and draught list is worth watching for local hits and some decent imports. Place smells kind of gross, which puts me a little on edge for possibly contagious pathogens instead of enjoying my beer. Thirsty has this weird ’arm pit in the middle of nowhere’ feel to it like this could be some desolate rural bar in the Arctic VS a comfortably cool dive-bar in major world city. I don’t like the vibe much here at all, skeezy. I always want to leave instead of linger. But please. You make the call on this one!

Finally checked this place out. It’s kind of a dive, but in the best kind of way. The tables have hilarious etchings in them, and the graffiti in the bathroom is absolutely awesome. The beer selection is really quite good, lots of Belgians, and a really nice tap list. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

Finally managed to check this spot out after it consistently being closed the only times I was in the ’hood. A cute little hole in the wall that’s a bit off the beaten path in Kensington. An old, dark but well-worn feel when you walk in. A solid tap list and a lot of very reasonably priced bottles as well. More Belgian stuff than is typical for Toronto, but there is other stuff as well. There’s an odd smell when you first walk in, but just accept it as a part of the vibe and carry on. I quite enjoyed the spot and would be here pretty frequently if I lived in the area. Friendly service and good music - you could do a whole lot worse than this spot.

A dive. But quite cozy and friendly at that. Good beer selection.

Nice little hole in the wall that makes for good drinking in Kensington Market. Changing beer list with some great taps and some reliable Belgians and American micros. Ambiance is rather miserable, but I was thirsty and probably will be next time I’m there as well. The focus on this place is beer. Smells a little like fish from the market next door as well.

A nice little addition to Kensington, with a decent little tap selection. A few nice bottles available to. Enjoyed the raucous music and the overall attitude of the place.

Tucked away in Kensington market. 8 taps, some rotating. Nice vibe, a little hipster, prices advertised are tax in which is nice. Toilets are down a low ceiling stairs, nice and clean. Good bottle selection. Quite dark in the evening. There’s no food per se. Unfortunately it’s cash only and there’s no tabs however there is an ATM. Don’t worry about the food. Eat before you come in. Not a bad spot at all.
