| Westmeister (32), Atlanta, Georgia | | June 2, 2011 I enjoyed this place before they expanded their singles section, but now it is fun to make your mix 6 pack with their ever expanding variety. I would say that this is more of a wine store than a beer store, but the place has the best selection of beer if you are in the Alpharetta area. | | beernovice39 (146), South Carolina | | May 28, 2011 Standard T.W. Staff was very nice even though they had no knowledge of beer etc. | | osu97gp (29), Atlanta, Georgia | | May 15, 2011 They recently expanded the store into what was a Radio Shack and now have a long aisle of singles with beers on one side organized by style and the beers on the other side organized by country of origin. This is quickly becoming a must stop for me on my way home from work on Fridays. | | SpringsLicker (101), Tennessee | | January 4, 2011 There is nothing here that makes this place stand out from other nearby places except volume.
Aisles of cases (mostly BMC), aisles of sixers, aisles for singles. The selecton is spread out and a little confusing at first, but for a store that specializes in wine, has lots of liquor, and also has beer, it’s decent. | GrizzlyBrew (9), Douglasville, Georgia does not count - explanation | | July 29, 2010 Pretty decent selection. Pretty good prices on wine, beer seemed a little more, but it’s been a 1/2 year since I’ve been in. | | Cybercat (93), Georgia | | March 12, 2010 Located near North Point Mall, Total Wine is easy to get to and has adequate parking, if not scads. Though their emphasis - as the name implies - is on wine, they have an impressive selection of beer. They have mainly single bottles so you can mix and match your own six pack. Nice if you want to try many different beers but don’t want to get with a six-pack that you don’t like! Beer is reasonably priced, not too spendy but not dirt-cheap - though a few bottles will set you back a bit. Their staff is alert, well-trained and helpful. If you live in Alpharetta or thereabouts, this is a very good place to pick up some fine craft brews and imports. | | ben4321 (117), Hoboken, New Jersey | | February 16, 2010 Pretty solid Total Wine location, good prices, decent singles selection, not a whole lot different then any other Total Wine, but that’s fine. You know what you are getting when you visit one of these. | grumpyswede (1), , Georgia does not count - explanation | | December 2, 2009 Great place to buy singles. Prices are cheaper for standards than other stores nearby | | lithy (156), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania | | November 17, 2009 Everything I expect from a Total Wine, well stocked, singles on everything, wide selection, decent prices. | | unclemattie (112), Georgia | | June 1, 2009 Great to have the Total Wine brand closer to my home than the store in Kennesaw. I love Total Wine for their selection of their singles. Not many places are willing to do that. For a traveling beer geek, it is a big deal! They have the newest of the new, lots of random new countries to choose from, and best of all are the case deals. They offer a discount when you buy a full case. So buy some booze and shop in the mall (North Point Mall). |
