The Sam’s Club of alcohol! Best selection of any store I’ve ever been in. A must visit any time I’m in Fort Myers!

Feels like mid size version of a total wine store. Beer selection is good with many local choices. Aisle is small and was littered with stuff which made it difficult to look for singles. Help was also not as avail ble as with others of this chain

SW Florida is real tough place to find decent beer. Total Wine is an Oasis in this beer desert. A long cavernous store in a strip mall; this place has a nice selection of beer, wine, and booze. One fairly large drawback is that the beer area is real long and real narrow. Very hard to browse the selections when you are eyeball to eyeball with other people trying to navigate the same cramped space.

Decent selection. Picked up some Creme Brulee, Pumking and some Heavy Seas. Decent selection for a chain store.

Was in Ft. Meyers and really wanted to try some Fl brews since they can be very hard to find in the North and I was pleasently surrised by their selection. Picked up a coule Cigar City beers, Florida brewing, dunedin, and a couple other breweries. Also had a nice selection of craft from all over the States. Singles and cases available, too. Really lucked out on this one and I’ll go back next time I’m down that way.

By far the best selection in the area. This is my go to place for beer in Fort Myers. With a lack of good beer bars in the area, a place like this is essential. There are a few drawbacks, however. The service isn’t great and the overall knowledge of beer is lacking. Another major sticking point for me is out of date beer. They consistently stock beer that is past the freshness date printed on the bottles. I’m not talking Imperial stouts, I’m talking about pilsners and IPAs - beers that shouldn’t be consumed past the point of freshness. This takes a few points away from service in my opinion. I guess it’s really up to the distributor but it still frustrates me to see undrinkable beer on the shelves. Ok, I’m done ranting. Overall, Total Wine is a good place to find beer in this area. You can’t find a better selection within 50 miles.

Nice place, much like the other Total Wines I’ve been to. It was nice to see a few here that they don’t have in PBG, like Cigar City and Hoppin Frog stuff. Service was very helpful but didn’t know when to let off when I was discussing with the gf what wine to buy.
