I let folks on RB know I Was coming to Colorado Springs and the #1 recommendation was Trinity. And man were they right! Awesome rotating selection house beers on CO2, Nitro and cask. And the guest tap list is awesome! There’s definitely something for everyone here. Food is not bad, but a bit overpriced. Good, diverse seating (bar, tables, patio, quieter back area). Only complaint is that the first time I went the smells from the on-site brewing were overpowering the aroma of the beers, but hey, that’s not all that bad of a bad thing,

What a great little place! Awesome atmosphere, what a brewpub should feel like - not too sophistacted or flashy, kind of an old school feel. 5 of their own beers, which were all pretty good, plus about 20 or so other guest taps. Food was very good, different in a good way. Prices were extremely reasonable. Just here on business, but will definitely come back if in the area again!

My local brewpub of the four I frequent I come here the least, a hippy hipster neo yuppy joint its at home with suit and tie crowd along with the various pierced and tatted up crowd and equally suited to both groups. The selection is usually great but from time to time runs out of the most popular and always it seems when I am there, or out of nitro in the nitro tank! A litany of excuses I always seem to get the short end of - I do not fault pubs for the occasional outage BUT EVERY TIME?

Nice hippie neighborhood ambiance, very substancial bar area with 32 taps being mostly fantastic (and sometimes rare) guest beers.House beer is good, but the bottle prices can be pretty steep. Food prices were steep too, so I didnt have any, but everyone else seemed to be enjoying theirs, and it smelled pretty good. Impressive from a very small staff and a kitchen the size of a car.

The Flow IPA on Nitro is great as well as the selection of guest beers, food is good but not why go there. Service is not great as they are usually understaffed if its is busy, but they bring your beer to you. As others have indicated a bit pricey, but overall a good place to get together with friends for a cold one after a bike ride.

The best place in town to find the best and rarest micros on tap, including Pliney The Elder. The food is alright, but hard to fill up on. The sliders are tasty, but alot of bread. Limited seating.

Was fortunate to find that my GF had booked our hotel room right around the corner from this brewpub. That was a good thing so we could walk back to our room after several brews each night for the two nights we were in CO Spr. They had a good selection of other brews on tap in addition to their own. Had a very fresh Maharaja that was delicious. We were fortunate to be there on a night when they were releasing a new brew - Farmhouse Phantome - which was pretty good. I ordered a growler of it for our drive across CO. Girlfriend ordered a bottle to go - Slap Your Mammy - which was rather pricey for an IIPA. As I recall, their brew prices weren’t cheap on anything. Atmosphere was good, but not enough seating inside. It was rainy both evenings so couldn’t take advantage of their outdoor patio seating. Their food was very good, also. Service was ok.

Almost skipped this place despite driving right past it based on some of the scathing ratings, and what a colossal mistake that would have been! Phenomenal beer quality, particularly the saison they had on, making it quite alright that there were only a handful of house taps. Also was interesting that for both the IPA and the Stout you could choose either CO2, cask, or nitro, but due to some unfortunate timing from the aforementioned ill planning, was unable to test out the various varieties. No matter though, I’m still betting they’re all stellar presentations. Fairly small place, but large bar and not cramped, at least while I was there. Crowd was there for the beer, mostly post-college 20-somethings and 30-somethings, maybe into the 40’s. They make great beer. I like it.

A small brewpub in a strip mall of Colorado Springs. I visited here on a Sunday afternoon after a long hike at Garden of the Gods and it was quite full of people. There were 6-8 house taps and a number of guest taps I can’t recall exactly how many. Other people have commented on the beer pricing - while perhaps on the pricier side, house offerings (roughly between 10-16 oz.) were $5-6. These prices were not unreasonable given the quality of the beer and the location of the brewpub. Yes, 750s were ~$20 but again, also reasonable considering the cost of producing some of these beers which involved specialty ingredients (ie pumpkin saison, sour ales, IIPAs). Enough of the discussion on beer pricing...the beers were great!! All unique stuff and super tasty. I’m disappointed I wasted time at another brewpub in Colorado Springs when I could have easily spent all of my afternoon here. Oh well. I’ll be back for sure when I’m in the area again.
