Having been to this brewpub three times I have not been disappointed once. The food was excellent, though the brew list is short they are well done and the service was excellent. Not your normal college town pub and I’d highly recommend. Not to be confused by Triumph of New Hope about 15 miles away which is near opposite.

Great place and great beers. If you want to drink a good american beer while visiting princeton, this is the place to go to.

Good location on the main drag in Princeton. Nice setup inside. Solid selection of some tasty beers. The pork belly sandwich was amazing. Definitely a ’must-stop’.

I had already visited their other esablishment, but since we were int he area. No difference in the beer. I hate to down anyone, but their beer always seems watery to me. However the food, and service are always good.

I drove 40 miles out of my way to sample this place, because New Jerseys is not exactly blessed when it comes to craft beer. If you get lucky you might find on-street parking, but most likely you’ll be in the parking garage which is a block away. Also there’s a used record store on South Tulane that, if you make a purchase there, Triumph will give you a buck off the first pint. I thought the architecture and the decor were stunning though the two-level design of the bar means the bartender gets quite a workout. They’re definitely trying to match the upscale nature of the area clientele. They only do 6-7 beers at a time including a cask conditioned something. The Roggenbock was by far the star of the show for me. The meal I had was solid as well. I’ll definitely go back if I’m in the area.

Decent all around, nothing groundbreaking but they make solid beers. Food is good. The seem to rotate styles frequently. I would like to see them try to really make a breakout beer, I think they have the capability.

Good bar. good beer. good food. Come here once in a while. It’s always the first bar i go to when in princeton. Cool layout in the building too

Seven beers on tap, nice food menu. Not too many choices of dishes but very adequate. They had live music on a Saturday night and the place had a nicely balanced crowd of students and older couples/families. Not crowded at all. Nice place to be in.

Been here numerous times, and I never have any complaints about the beers they brew. Can’t say much about the food as I’ve only eaten there once and I don’t remember how it was. Service is usually alright except for one really unprofessional, snotty lady that worked the bar one evening. Great atmosphere though, almost city-lounge like and enough bar space and tables.
