This is a nice brewpub. Pool tables and a good bar atmosphere. The house brews are good, but not great.

Very enjoyable visit to Twain’s. Great service, a very nice Cuban sandwich, some great beers made on premises (and a very friendly brewmaster), and a decent selection of commercial stuff. Very cool place.

Big wide open space with lots of pool tables, games and a good sized bar to the left. The bartender was a chipper, attentive gal so kudos on the service. The beer was mostly on the level of a decent home brewer, though the aroma of the brown ale (and the beer in general) was very nice. But, aroma only goes so far. I generally found the beers to be too light bodied and lacking in flavor concentration. Still worth a stop as it’s the only brewpub in the general area.

Six house beers on tap. All pretty good beers. A couple of them seemed a bit stall. I’m sure they weren’t and it was just me but still? The food selection was very good though what I choose was a gamble. I had the philly cheese and not many places make great ones this one was ok but dry like most. The server was very busy but nice in damn I’m busy kind of way. I enjoyed it lg game area and plenty of seating. Not overly loud but it had the bar atmosphere going.

Enormous size with lots of pool tables, clean and efficient in DeCauter. Definately worth a stop. Above average brew, though only one guest tap and occasional cask. Bartendress was the one in charge.

A nice, funky spot in Decatur w/ 7+ taps of house beer, tons of pool tables, dart boards, and video games. Decor is part bowling alley and part McMenamin’s-style in the Pac NW. Bar service was a little slow, but accomodating. Didn’t try any food, but full menu available.

A dirty pool hall that brews beer. The Cuban sandwich and fries I had were good. Looked like they were out of a couple of house brewed beer. They did have a decent selection of commercial beers. The bartender was nuts. Way over the top friendly.

. Basic bar food and the beer selection is good. I prefer to go during the afternoon, when the bartender is outstanding. The beers they brew are good to great. Get the sampler tray and then pick your favorite

Great place in a great location. Good selection of their own brew. Lineup spans several styles and they often have a cask brew. Chili was excellent, fish and chips were so-so. Plenty of pool tables. Helpful and friendly staff. Another great beer location in Decatur.

A large pool-hall with very decent house brews in a cool corner of Decatur (close to Tracksides and Brick Store Pub). Selection was very good insofar as they have a large number of house brew selections. I didn’t really pay attention to their selection of other stuff. They also had a cask-conditioned house brew available (which was very tasty). I didn’t even notice whether they served food or not (I was there late at night for a drink and some billiards). Overall, a great place to grab beers and/or shoot pool.
