Small tap room and bottle shop attached to the brewery. Menu is limited, but food is good. Decent brews. Worth a visit.

we visited this laid back brewery on 7/23/10. oddly located in an industrial area on the west side. pull up and the neighborhood smells like beer! quiet pleasant bar with friendly knowledgeable staff sin the middle of the brewery... cool. 8 beers on tap, a bunch more to go along with a slew of schwag. definitely worth the visit.

Been here a few times. It’s a nice little place with a bar and a few tables, also a pool table. There are about 8 beers on tap. Some are only available on the site. The bartender there is a really nice guy, and got me a sixer of some Bristlecone Brown Ale, which was only available in a Fall/Winter Sampler. They also have chili and sandwiches for sale. They also have some sweatshirt’s and tee’s for sale as well. If you are in the area, take a stop by, highly recommended.

A nice, but small brewpub on the west side of town. The hours are really limited, but it’s a good place to have lunch. Good sandwiches, and about 8 beers on tap. Really quiet and small. A nice laid back place.

Great Utah Beer Run – Summer 2007 This place had a great beer selection. The food was very nice and we had a great time talking, beer, brewing and Utah beer laws with the Brewer. This is one fun place. Very low key and a tad off the beaten path this was one of the highlights of the trip. I really enjoyed the tour of the brewery and being able to BS about beer with the people there. They had a lot of incite and ideas about beer and how to brew the best beer under such archaic liquor laws.

Good beer selection, simple food, cool setting. Just a simple tasting room with pool tables, darts, and other games. Couches and coffee table make a relaxing area. Nice patio in the spring/summer/fall. Definitely worth a visit. You can also get growlers & take out bottles.

When I visited, they didn’t have the tasting room yet. But the staff was very accomodating and Uinta offers some exceptional beers. Definitely worth a stop in Utah.

A large wharehouse located in an industrial/commercial area of SW SLC. A medium sized tasting room with a U-shaped bar and a few tables. Some windows into the brewing area... you can order most of their beers on draft here, but can’t buy the barleywine, only at a state liquor store. They offer sandwiches and soup, and the sandwiches were really tasty. Lots of merchandise to buy, and also case discounts and mixed 12 packs to buy.
