Excellent beer shop. The selection is stellar, from the European classics (To Ol, Mikkeler, De molen ...) at a more than fair price, to the hard to get import bottle (The bruery, Prairie...) you were dreaming about. They also do a lot of efforts to create new activities (beer tasting) and partnerships + the staff is nice and passionate. A must visit

The best beer shop in Toulouse by a county mile. Staff are extremely knowledgable and friendly. Look out for their own brews which are great quality and value! Mikeller, De Molen etc etc. I love this place!!

Near Place du Capitole. Beerstore and bar. Maybe 100 bottles ; good inspiring selection bottle beers : belgian, american, french, .. To Øl. De Molen Rasputin on tap ! I loved maps on wall, this table with foreign money inside or again this table with this chess game. My favourite bar @Toulouse. I wish I were still a student in Toulouse. Friendly and competent staff.

LA sélection toulousaine. Son défaut, d’être au calme dans une petite rue peu passante. Mais proche de tout... Sinon, parlons peu, parlons bières, la sélection est hallucinante. Lors de ma dernière visite, toute la gamme de To Ol venait d’arriver, la gamme 2015 de De Molen était déjà au rendez-vous et il y avait encore une trentaine de brasseries à découvrir. La référence toulousaine !

We visited here on Saturday 15th November 2014. We had been told about this place by the chap at the beer shop La Houblonniere. This was really handy for us as it was really close to Capitol Sq where our hotel was situated. The bar is located on a quite little street that is sits between Rue Du Taur and Rue Des Lois. It is a small place with a mixture of seating, some stools and tables and sofa(s) also. There are beers on shelving on the LH side as you enter and also on the RH side. Beer choice is very good with about 140 bottles on offer all from very good and well respected breweries such as De Molen which numbered about 40 of that total then Thornbridge, Brewdog, Evil Twin etc.. One of the chaps who ran the bar/shop came across and chatted with us and said he’d been to Borefts hence the large selection of De Molen beers. The chap was clearly was very passionate about his beer explaining that he felt Toulouse and indeed much of France was a good couple of years behind when it came to embracing the recent surge in popularity in craft beers. We sat here for a good hour or two, there was a nice mix of folk here some for the beer but others just for a coffee and the wonderful looking meringues which the other chap/partner created. This is a shop as well as a bar so everything is also available to takeaway. I am sure that this will soon enough become the best beery place in Toulouse if it isn’t already but beware it is quite small and is already popular for those in the know. Btw like a few other places we visited this doesn’t open on a Sunday. I also noticed two of the portable chiller unit taps for kegs so I think that occasionally they will have kegs available so it is worth asking about this when you visit, we never did as we’d already ordered bottles.

Un choix vraiment impressionnant de bières du monde entier, beaucoup de De Molen (pays bas), Dieu du Ciel (Canada), Brewdog (Ecosse) et autres Drake’s (USA) ou Nogne (Norvège). Pas un grand choix en bières française, uniquement les Gilbert’s de Rabastens. Par contre ils travaillent avec quelques brasseries très sympa de Catalogne, notament Edge Brewing et l’excellente La Pirata. Grosso modo je dirais qu’il y a facilement 150 à 200 bières à tester dans ce petit bar caché à 100 mètres du Capitole dans une petite rue. 4 tireuses sont aussi dispos, les bière changent à chaque fin de keg, le soir ou j’y étais on avait le choix entre la Punk Ipa, la Tremenda de La Pirata, la Rhythm & Blues de chez De Molen et la By Udder Means Milk Stout de chez TO’OL. Happy Hours de 18h à 19h30 uniquement en fin de semaine. Je n’ai pas testé ce qu’il faisait à manger par contre
