Excellent selection of beer, but not a great atmosphere to enjoy them in. Often times I find this particular WOB to be too crowded.

I think they are doing pretty well with these places but I don’t think it is my thing. on a Sunday afternoon 30 taps and no decent IPAs? had about 10 Florida taps which is nice to see. There were only about 10 people there and it was still loud enough that we had to yell at each other to hold a conversation amongst the constant Dave Matthews playing. Bottle selection was OK but it seemed pedestrian to me-perhaps I am getting spoiled these days? Server was good, she knew what she was talking about.

How to turn craft beer into a good business? follow this model. Decent size beer coolers with plenty of draft, can’t say many are too mind-blowing, but the effort is there. Sad part about the place is that it turns into a total rich Westchase yuppy dive bar come Friday nights and throughout the wknd. I remember taking some friends there to have some beers, and beside a loud band playing inside, on a deck above the bar, you could not talk to your friend. Outside was not any better. My point about the place? yeah, great beers doesn’t make up for the atmosphere, in my case, it’s not my kind of hang out spot. It’s ok during the day when it’s near empty, but the location dead set in a brand new shopping plaza lacks any soul and character.

I love WOB and this is my favorite location. Decent amount of tables and outdoor seating compared to other locations. Great selection and good service.

Labeled as a beer store, but it’s more a bar with a take away option. Probably the best bar in the West Chase area. Excellent selection of beers for Florida.

The kind of place that you meet attractive single professional mothers in....seriously though, WOB is the chain trying to convince everyone to drink better beer. Problem is... it’s a chain. Regardless the staff can rage from relatively in the know (they know which bottles are which and where the beer was made) to completely clueless about the beers. Which is a shame, because the selection is rather good. Don’t expect to get the correct glassware. Oftentimes the place is over packed later in the evening, so no seating. This is of course in Westchase, so arrive well dressed, and with a BMW keyfob and you are in like flynn. Personally, not my cup of tea, and I usually redirect meetings from there to either the New World Brewery, the Independent Bar, or the like. But, if you live in Westchase, this is the only place to choose from in the subdivision.

Obvious selection of beers. Staff don’t know anything about beer, glassware so don’t ask for any suggestions. Decent place for a beer though.

Reading the review of the others I wonder what happened, I was here about 5 years ago and thought the following of this place: I was pretty amazed about the European (specially Belgian) beers this store got. Nothing new and great, but a lot of the best quality ones were in the shelves! Also a nice selection with American and Canadian beers. The owner is very friendly and has a good knowledge about what he sells and what he wants when he goes to Europe (and visit Belgium, Germany and The Netherlands). Most of the beers are kept in cooling systems, which is very nice because of the warm temperatures Florida has. Some items are a bit pricy, but that’s everywhere where they sell import beers. Overall an ok selection with a nice owner. At least I left here with a smile!

A nice selection, good service, and they worked out a deal to offer carry out from the many local restaurants. One big complaint is the lack of space. Most times I’ve been there on a weekend the crowd spills out onto the patios of the few adjoining restaurants and bars - which isn’t too fun in the middle of Florida’s summers. Otherwise, good selection and great staff.
