Établissement visité le lundi 1er août vers 11h30. Ambiance: Intérieur tout en boiserie. Terrasse donnant sur une place. Service: Sympathique et serviable. Menu disponible en 5 langues. Sélection: 5 fûts "maison" lors de mon passage. Nourriture: Une assiette mix grilled pour deux. (170e rating d’établissement)

Interesting crowd, mostly tourists. Good food. Beer is pretty average stuff. Convenient location to drop in during a rainshower in the center.

Pleasant low key pub with attentive staff. Very popular with the local folk. Don´t expect much in the way of beer though as there were only four taps of boring stuff. There is a food menu but I didnt eat so cant comment on that.

interessting place, but why someone wants to drink a zipfer in salzburg, thats not normal

Typical German-style kneipe full of locals for the most part, but with quite a few tourists and students as well. Has a more formal restaurant part in addition to the pub. I found no particularly rare Zipfer beers here, but enjoyed myself anyway. Service was good.

One of the largest brewing concerns in Austria offers what is probably its best range of beers at this place. You´ll guess that they are not necessarily the best beers and unfortunately, the place could be more charming, people are leaving rather early and the service is a bit too polite and shy, but you can have the chance to try some rarer Zipfer here. Certainly not a must, but worth a visit if in Salzburg for 3 days or more.
