My first visit to a taproom outside my local brewery Thunderhead (which doesnít amount to much). I was shocked at how small and outdated it is. They were really busy but still attentive and had solid pricing for samples. Something like 3 samples for $3 and each 3 oz.. The specialty beers were $3 each and still pretty good. Once they get a bigger and nicer taproom itíll really be a great spot. Also wished they served more than their regular stuff that I can buy anywhere. Needed some more special brews.

Weíll worth visiting if you like great divide beers. Had a good selection of theirs on tap with several strong and more obscure beers. Small tasting room but nice. Reasonably priced beers, including the strong obscure ones. Very easy walk from other downtown things like falling rock or coors field. Worthy stop while in downtown Denver for sure.

Chill. Thatís really all there is to it. Nothing fancy or flashy, and no food ... but, itís just a chill place to hang out and drink beer and meet other beer enthusiasts - mostly travelers like myself. A decent selection of a dozen or so taps of their year rounds, seasons, special releases. The tenders were friendly, knowledgeable, ... and easy on the eyes too. Although they donít serve food there, the food truck that parked outside was pretty outstanding. Definitely worth a visit if youíre in the area.

Small, intimate place, with minimalist paii and indoor bar. Canít be 50 seats in the whole place. Good service. Food truck out front, but itís vegan and vegetarian.

Great divide was one of the first US craft breweries I tried. It holds a special place in my heart and my pallet. I was so excited about going here that I was like a kid not being able to sleep the night before! Upon arrival you can see the big sign shimmering. In we went, very small place, quite modern and minimal. Service was however, to be blunt... absolutely shit. The bar tenders were young snooty hipsters more interested in pouring beer for themselves and chatting with girls at the bar than doing their job. Beers available were nothing out of the ordinary just the normal stuff you can get anywhere. There is a great view to the brewery through a window however, but other than that I was left overall disappointed, for such an amazing brewery their tap room was a bit of a let down!

Stopped in here for a quick beer as I walked around town. Tiny little spot, a bit run down, with one fridge inside. There is a bar when you walk in and some tables behind that. Brewing going on in the back. Service was nonexistent as the guy just talked to the couple next to me at the bar the whole time. There wasnít a single thing on tap that I couldnít get on the shelf in Florida. Overall this was one of the more disappointing experiences I have had visiting a brewery I truly enjoy. Honestly not really worth a stop unless you want a tshirt or something. Did not eat. What is the point of this place if youíre not going to do something unique?

Great Divide is located on the corner of Arapahoe and 22nd Street. Street and pay lot parking is available in the surrounding area.
The brick building features a large bottle-shaped logo sign on the exterior. Inside it opens to a small bar/tasting room immediately past the entrance. The bar is divided by a wall/window, and behind that is the brewery. There is small area devoted to take home bottles and merch too. Behind the bar there is a board listing the available beers.
As for the beers there are around 15 on tap, including standards like Hoss, Colette, Titan IPA and Lasso plus seasonals like What The Helles Up. a 3-beer sampler is available for $3 with proceeds going to charity.
Service at the bar in the late afternoon was good. The bartenders were having a good time and were attentive. The brewery also offers tours a couple times a day.
I did not have any food on this visit.
All in all Great Divide is a worthwhile stop in Denver.

Really cool brick building with a great setup. Friendly bartenders and fairly quick service if itís not too busy. Decent amount of taps and during the GABF I always found something I was willing to try. Great place to sit out on the patio when there is warm weather, enjoy a wood fired pizza from the trucks on the street and a delicious beer.

Small tasting room with lots of bustle. Service was pretentious and horrible. Beers were there own, but nothing interesting. I am a huge fan of thier beers, but this put me off. Prices were very cheap though.
