The inside is a wide open space with loads of tables, a long bar and a window at wich to order food. The beer selection is solid of course, but I would’ve liked more rarities. Can’t complain I guess. Service was really friendly and attentive. There’s a cool merch store but I was here too late to shop there.

I love the beer that Founders makes and was really looking forward to visiting this place when I visited Michigan. I was a little let down when I got here. The selection wasn’t that great - other than several chile beers and a couple other, it was mostly their typical line-up. The atmosphere was good (but not great), it was packed on a Thursday night. I would definitely come back here, but I was expecting it to be amazing (like their beers), and was a little letdown.

Great taproom. Very solid selection of house beers, especially rarities. Good food, slightly overpriced. Very good service. Great space.

Insanely slammed Friday evening. It felt large and anonymous. Service was sporadic, but that’s understandable. Well worth a visit.

Great opens space with a nice ambiance. They always seem to have a few special taps on. Service is good and I really enjoy the sandwiches! Prices are more than fair.

What’s not to love. We have been quite a few times and there is always something fantastic on tap to try. First trip, Cashew Mountain Brown, next time was Better Half then Backwoods Bastard. The food was great as well and every time we have been the service has been fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.

Live in the area, and have been going to Founders for years. Very chill ambiance, open area with lots of seating and tables. Service is good, always very helpful and knowledgeable, food is solid, and the beer is excellent. Always a large selection, tap list changes frequently (but is available online), and the prices are reasonable. Place can be very busy at sometimes, but it is well worth the trip.

Cool fest hall feel, but it was way too crowded when we went (early Sunday evening). Fun live music, a big jazz band. Line at the bar was way too long. Decent selection on tap, but not as big as the other brewpubs we went to on our trip. Same for the store; good selection, but not as much as Bells. Couldn’t try the food because there was nowhere to sit. Acceptable prices for draft beer, and in-store bottles are good value. Breakfast stout and Backwoods Bastard (on tap, not in the store), were delicious. I probably would have a much higher opinion of this place if I’d gone at a slightly quieter time. Maybe next time.

I’ve been to Founders 5 or 6 times over the last two year. Overall a very nice place. Big open seating area. Large bar so plenty of seating there. Draft usually includes 10+ of Founders beers. Many of their standards are also available in bottles to go. Food selection is very reasonable. Lots of sandwich selections. I’ve had great experience here when the crowds are small. Once the crowds grow however the service gets spotty. Would help if you had a specific server. During slower times I’ve had some nice discussions with the bar tenders. Everyone seems very knowledgeable.
