| rumproasts (34), Grand Rapids, Michigan | | May 4, 2012 [ Updated May 5, 2012 ] seemed to be well past it’s prime (or perhaps there never was a prime). dated decor, mediocre food, and subpar beer. at least our waitress was friendly and efficient. | | LilBeerDoctor (185), East Setauket, New York | | January 19, 2012 Although OKC does not have the best brewpubs, I would not recommend this place. Came here on a Saturday night (there was a $5 cover for a shitty band). They allow smoking in one section of the bar, which means that the whole place is smoky. They had 5-6 house beers on tap, all pretty poor (I tried the wheat, brown ale [which should have been the oatmeal stout but was given the wrong beer], and amber ale). Most patrons were ordering BMC options. They also have Redhook on tap. The food was not good. I ordered the ranch chicken nachos and the nachos were soggy from the cheese and tons of ranch dip. Although this was the only brewpub I visited in OKC, I would suggest going elsewhere if in town. | | badlizard (109), San Diego, California | | December 18, 2011 In a word, this place is average. Average food, average service, average beer, not especially worth a visit. | | RasterMaster (10), , Oklahoma | | December 30, 2010 Ambience was great when I arrived - seemed strangely slow for the evening. Service started out okay until the rest of my party had arrived and I got the impression that the service was overwhealmed, even on a slow day! Food was okay for what little we had during the trip. Value and service could certainly use some work. | | AdamHeenan (10), | | October 29, 2010 Me and my wife drank 3 beers each here. Not bad! | | HopHunter (10), Oklahoma | | September 18, 2009 great selection of their own pub ales along with many other tried and true favorites | Artillery (2), Lawton, Oklahoma does not count - explanation | | August 23, 2008 I loved this place , but I did have a lot drink when I was there so it might not of been that great | | tylerss20 (10), New Hampshire | | May 5, 2008 Good place to go for cheap beer, decent food and college crowd. On the right night, it’s pretty manageable and not too busy. But on disco/live music/promotion nights, usually thursday/friday, it’s loud and smoky. Honestly I went there for the cheap drinks (beer and mixed drinks were very reasonable). Besides their brewery selection and Boulevard, it’s pretty standard beer otherwise. | | MrRomero (109), Nolanville, Texas | | January 16, 2008 I have visited here a few times over the years. It’s in a large office building which seems deserted after 5PM. They have an upstairs bar with smoking and the restaurant downtairs which is nonsmoking. Both areas get pretty busy.
The food is okay. I had the pizza a few times. The beer is decent. Nothing great but fairly solid. I enjoyed their pumpkin ale this past fall. Worth a try if you’re in OKC. | | troyc (147), Oklahoma | | August 22, 2007 Beer and food were sub par. Service was pretty good. Just visited for the ratings, to be honest. |
