Big, big selection. Lots of local beers and stuff from all over the States. A flight of five beers will run you between $8 and $10. Also, the flights are predetermined, but the bartender had no problem subbing one out for me. The service was really good considering how busy they were. It looks like they have an efficient system going on behind the bar. Not only a must hit for visitors, but one that I would hit again and again if I was a local.

Great beer selection ... knowledgeable staff. Can be a little noisy, but a good place for good beer.

Always have a good time here. Usually very busy and have to sit outside. Great beer selection, good food and service. Plus loyalty rewards program for trying all the different beers.

Pretty cool place...wish we had one where I live. Lots of good beer with good flights for people not knowing what they want or wanting to try different beers other than the flights normal places do. I got one from Germany with all beers I have never heard of.

Wow! What an awesome place! I’ve lived in Raleigh my whole life and I’m really glad to have this in the capital city. The beer selection is fantastic, the food is really good, and the waitresses are beautiful!

Large place, lots of buzz and people. Huge selection of good local and international brews. Ok service but not the place I want to hang out every day.

If you’ve seen one Flying Saucer you’ve seen them all. Lots of wood and polished brass and plates as far as the eye can see. Apparently if you drink something like 200 different beers you get a plate with your name on it and the chance to write something pithy. Tons of taps lots of bottles. Nothing too out there although they had a number of local taps which is always appreciated. The food was solid although insanely overpriced. I got like 8 wings for $8 and we’re not talking Quaker steak here. As mentioned in the previous post the fact that the waitresses are all required to dress like 13 year old reform school students with barely there skirts is off putting. I think we can all enjoy craft beer without the environment of casual sexism.

Been here a few times after WBF and for special events. Big selection, which is nice, but only a few that stand out for this beer knurd. Waitresses are required to wear sexy little mini skirts which is nice when you are drunk and seems more sexist when you’re sober. Very bustling and busy which is a little off-putting for me, but I understand. Lot of rabbits hopping around Raleigh making babies. Cheese fries are also delish when drunk.

Big selection. Atmosphere is a little bare, but has a good feel.

Pretty huge draught selection. The waitresses outfits pander to boner-ism to an almost annoying degree. They have some pretty cool events and the foods not half bad either.
