| nbutler11 (226), Phoenix, Arizona | | March 28, 2012 I’m rarely at this location, but the quality of the beer and food is just as high as the original in Tempe. They might not have the same selections on cask and are a bit smaller, but a great place if you’re in the area. | | BOLTZ7555 (56), Phoenix, Arizona | | January 1, 2012 Beautiful location with ample seating at the bar, outdoor patio, or upstairs. Nice, upscale with lots of TV’s for game day and food that rivals anyone. The salmon BLT is incredible, with blackened salmon wedged between two slabs of sourdough, loaded with smoky bacon and thick sliced jalepeno pepper jack! Mouth is watering just thinking about it. Hop Knot is a really well put together IPA. Wish they would get a bit more adventurous. Starting to see some unique offerings. | | dcschiller (42), Scottsdale, Arizona | | September 15, 2011 Smaller location than the original, but its a cool place nonetheless. Space is wide open with a long bar and seating upstairs and on the patio. It can get loud, but still kid friendly. They have their staples on draught and usually a seasonal in addition to a guest tap. | | fata2683 (125), Tucson, Arizona | | June 18, 2011 stopped here during the 2011 RBWG, boy did this place lay out the red carpet for us, free pitchers of beer, a great brunch and a free tour of the place. Very neat building with lots of seating and a large bar. Staff was bend over backwards friendly. Prices of the food were fair. Beer was very good and they now can their IPA. | KenStage (7), Ohio does not count - explanation | | September 12, 2010 I love the Tempe location, so took the longer drive to find this. I like to pace at the Tempe location better - service was faster there. This is nice for a more relaxing meal. The beer and menu were the same, and good. Overall, enjoyable.
Hopknot is great - 8th street ale or Kiltlifter for those who are not as big on the hops. | | Tmoney99 (332), Cincinnati, Ohio | | April 25, 2010 Easy to find location with parking in front. Small patio in front with bar on right wall with tables all around. Freindly staff with good knowledge of beers. Nice sampler set. Did not get to eat. Enjoyed the visit. | | Sammy (408), Toronto, Ontario | | February 5, 2010 I was in the are, so stopped by here instead of the main Four Peaks closer to the hotel. The beer is the same, and everything was fresh, so I only missed the beneficial corruption that comes from brewers walking about. This is a large restaurant, though with a second level of tables it didn’t immediately register. Very large round bar. Bartendress knew something about the beer, which is something. Decent quality of the beers, with two IPAs and some seasonals, so I can see the popularity of the beers in the local scene. | | daknole (204), Scottsdale, Arizona | | January 7, 2010 Good food, pretty dang good beers that they brew. Nice service. Nice place. | | WITTBEER (23), Illinois | | October 7, 2009 Just a smaller version of the orignal brewery in Tempe. This place is awesome. | | bigbeersrule (15), | | May 30, 2009 [ Updated January 22, 2010 ] Tucked away in a strip mall with limited parking. Beers are all Four Peaks and are of top quality even though selection is just limited to their beers. The major reason to go here is that the Tempe location doesn’t have air conditioning and is hot as hell in the summer. This place lacks the ambience but makes up for it in having the same great food and beer as at the brewery. Waitresses are pleasing to look at but aren’t really beer knowlegable. |
