A psychedelic dream/nightmare colliding with a brewery. Fairly dark inside with lots of bright contrasting colours. Ok, so their beer can be very hit or miss, but the service here was great - very prompt, loads of free samples. Most of Magic Hat’s regular offerings and a few seasonals on tap for growler fills. Prices are quite good. Not my favorite brewery but I don’t mind taking a growler back to the hotel room

Arrived just in time to hit the guided tour. Tour was pretty informative and slightly entertaining. The tasting room/merch room was way too dark and quite hard to adjust to after coming in from the sunny outside. They had about 6 beers on tap and all samples are free. It is a very interesting place though and I recommend climbing up the strange thing just outside the entrance.

Cool place. Friendly staff. Sampled all the beers. They need to produce Impromptu. Easily the best Magi Hat beer I’ve ever had. Not much to be purchased in the way of bottled beer. Self-guided tour. Worth a visit.

Quite interesting looking place. Lots of merchandise available. Not that cheap prices. Only 5 beers available in bottles. Didn’t do the tour.

Just finished hiking nearby Mt Mansfield when I spotted the brewery and quickly pulled over. The tastings are free which is great. hip little gift shop, didn’t do tour since i was short on time. they had 6 beers on tap none of which are my cup of tea and those were only ones available to purchase as well. i bought a $1 sticker and tipped bartender $2 so well worth my 3 spot.

Stopped in for a visit, but sadly we’d missed the final tour of the day. That aside, the place was really cool. Great atmosphere inside. Gift shop blends in with the massive bar pouring free samples of whatever they have on tap. Six were on when we were there, including the Wacko and the Single Chair. The people behind the bar were really excited to be able to talk beer. I’d love to go back and catch a tour.

Cool ambiance with a lot of colorful distractions everywhere, pretty dark though. The tour is pretty good (and free). Tour guide really seemed to know his history and love his job. Samples (also free) came in small tasting glasses. Solid selection of beers on tap, good mix of classics and some newer types. Service wasn’t great however, pretty slow to get a sample. Value is great since tours and samples are free. Naturally, the gift shop stuff is overpriced, but that’s not a huge problem. Overall, it’s a really cool brewery to visit and just a short drive from Burlington to grab some food.

My favorite brewer to go visit. The tasting room has an interesting industrial feel to it. All of the staff have been fun loving and really knew their beer. The tour is pretty extensive with their history and you can see the bottling. On top of that they have some really good beer there that you can only get there (thumbsucker). Always have a great time there.

Its always Halloween on Mars here, I guess. They put on a fine Mardi Gras parade I must say.
