| tastybeer (20), Washington DC | | February 29, 2012 Nice place near the Georgetown campus. Not really metro accessible but you can huff it from the Foggy Bottom station. Large restaurant upstairs with a smaller pub in the basement which is very cool if you can get a seat. Bottle and draft list are very good, this location tends to focus on domestic craft. As with the other location they also have the 5-7PM happy hour on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Pizza is good but I go primarily for the beer. Prices are high but not unreasonable for DC. | | pras (10), Maryland | | February 25, 2012 Been going to this place for so long, beer wasn’t the focus when I started frequenting this spot. That being said, in despite the amazing beer program, go to this place for the pizza! | | DonSimonsi (10), , | | February 11, 2012 A great place for beer on tap in the heart of Georgetown. The beers are very well kept unlike some other places in DC. The food is great and works really well with beer. | | craftycarl21 (59), Washington, Washington DC | | August 31, 2011 Great spot right on the main drag of Georgetown. Very similar bottle list to the Dupont location as one would expect, but some solid variation on the taps. Went to each location on consecutive nights and there was definitely new stuff to check out. Had a great Haandbryggeriet coffee porter and Victory’s rauchbier. Pizza is delicious as always. One of the better places in the city. | | TURDFERGUSON (117), Carrboro, North Carolina | | August 24, 2011 Came here a few years ago with taylor adams while in town for a girl talk show at 930. ate mushrooms, it was amazing and terrifying at the same time. but back to the place. Had some pie, i think. Drank a couple brews upstairs. Downstairs wasnt open yet. Had something on cask too, trying to remember what it was. | | JPSHop07 (11), Virginia | | July 30, 2011 Amazing pizza and fantastic beer. Paradiso is excellent at pairing their beer selections with the appropriate ingredients for pizza. Even the monthly specials rotate in-month so from one week to the next, there is an excellent new menu to chose from. One of the best beer spots in DC, well worth a trip for pizza and beer. | | dbarnold (11), Bethesda, Maryland | | July 7, 2011 Big big fan of this place...kind of a pain for me to get to but fantastic once I’m there. Great pizzas if I need to eat. I always need to drink when I’m there, I don’t care if it’s Tuesday at lunch. They have awesome drafts that constantly rotate and a killer bottle selection which takes advantage of DC’s kickass import laws. In a year you will get stuff from just about every top tier brewery here, regardless of geography. | | bradbarnwell (11), Maryland | | June 28, 2011 This was my first stop for my bachelor party, this is where I feel in love with Cantillon I had a couple of their beers that day and there brick oven pizza was pretty good as well. I need to go back soon | raveskdr (7), Washington DC does not count - explanation | | April 25, 2011 Great place. A HH on Tuesday/Wednesday that you absolutely cannot beat. Like drinking in your basement, except they have an absolutely amazing tap list. | | PelsJakob (10), , Norway | | January 11, 2011 Nice place with two floors: restaurant at the top floor and bar in the basement. Had a pizza in the restaurant first, but it was a little dry. The beer selection is quite good, though, and I actually got to taste a Norwegian beer I have never tasted before even in Norway. The prices are quite high; I paid $16 for a Kriek. |
