Ardbeg Embassy

Good location i a touristy street in the old town - I was somewhat afraid that this might be a bit like a tourist trap, but it was a really cozy place with excellent service and excellent beers. Interesting selection of beer including a very nice "house beer" - and of course an even better selection of whisky. Certainly a place I would like to visit again.

Classic elegant bar with dark int. Supposed to be the best place for whiskey in Sweden. Ok selection of Swedish beers. Close to the Resaurant Aifur, witch is a must in Stockholm(not for the beers).

Visited on 11th September 19. The place had a few in at 5.30, it’s a smart some what dark bar, looks good and comfortable. The beer list is displayed on a screen, most beers seemed a little mediocre, I had the in house smoked beer, which was excellent. The price was slightly more than some of the other bars. Overall good for a beer, but I expect much better for whiskey

Great selektion of Beer and Whiskey. Was nice to get away from the croweded Gamla Stan. Have a few special made for them and also found a new Brewery - lilla Essingen... clean toilets a 10 min walk from subway station Gamla Stan.

English style bar+eating area in the back in the touristy part of town. Nice selection of taps. One real ale tap with local micro. Prices on the high side. Good service. Overall: worth a visit.

Good place with nice tap selection of Swedish craft beers, very friendly bartenders, some expensive - it’s Stockholm (2013).

Awarded the best Swedish Whisky bar in 2015. But now this is also a great craft beer destination. It was here I found the best selection of Swedish craft beer on tap during my days in Stockholm. And, you can ask for 15 cl. Who needs a flight then? I had beers from PangPang, Fjäderholmarnas, West Coast, Aros, Sundbybergs and Råå. Five new Swedish breweries! Yihaa! PangPang Bong Water, an imperial stout, Cohiba cigar infused, turned out to be the best beer this evening. By the way, I don't smoke! Free wifi and service was top notch. One of the service minded bartenders is easy to remember: tall guy, bald, long white beard and tattoos - even one his fingers. Indeed a friendly dude! This is a must visit for those of you seeking beer from small Swedish breweries. (Visited September 23rd 2017)

The place formerly known as Glenfiddich Warehouse. 28 taps with swedish and foreign micros, mostly of high quality. Some gems, for example their house beer 'Ardbeg No 1', a super interesting smoked beer. Also a fine bottle list. The old 'gubbe' behind the bar was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and he made our visit a splendid experience. Prices are swedish

Nice cousy whisky place! Located in the narrow streets of Stockholm old town. Nice area, with a lot of tourist traps. If you like whisky, this is the place to go. Anyway a kind of decent beer selection. Also “their own” beer made at Strömsholms Brygghus. Beer and whisky in one glass. Ardbeg o hoi. The only place to get it

Visited while on business in the nearby area. A nice place to visit - definitely more than beer. Beer itself was just okay. Service was good, prices as would be expected in Sweden.
