This is a small operation that makes a quality product. I recieved a custom made Hop Stopper for my 28 gallon More Beer kettle and it performed flawlessly with over 2 pounds of whole leaf hops. No clogs in the the pump or counterflow chiller and it sucked all but a quart of wort out of the kettle!
