Great wine store with a very smart staff. Go for wine, beer selection is good enough.

High points for ambiance- I just love the hectic feeling in there. Selection good for the neighborhood and they can be helpful if the right person approaches you;

Pretty average beer store really, more focused on wine than anything else. They did have a few things that few others in town did, but they’re never going to get the newest or the limited release beers. I’d suggest other places before Pogo’s. Can’t fault the staff for trying to help, but they were shocked when I bought (4) 12-oz bottles that were $3.99 each. They asked twice if I was sure I still wanted them, but I knew the price prior to buying.

More wine focused than beer. They do have some occasional good stuff, but their focus isn’t on it. A worthwhile place if you live nearby and need a good six pack. Not a place to seek out for beer. It is however, a very good place to seek out for Wine.

A wine store first & foremost, we pop in from time to time to see what may surprise us in their beer section. They have a rather large refridgerated section, plus additional items in the racks behind. Never know what new little gem they may have gotten in & the staff is very attentive-- more than happy to special-order anything you’d like. Not the biggest selection in the metroplex, mind you- but a decent enough variety for a smallish neighborhood store-- with a noticeable focus on craft beer.

certainly no s&K or mr g’s but their beer selection is better than average for a store that really sells a lot of wine. spirits selection is weak. chris is a good dude.

Just expanded/remodeledwith a few more beers, found a Raison d’ Extra, really a wine store first but some decent choices

Huge liquor and fantastic wine selection...beer is probably the best in the neighborhood, but that isn’t saying lots...

The selection wasn’t that great buddy! Nothing I found impressed me.
