Modern styled brewpub with a large bar and plenty of tables and booths filling out the interior. Large place, so it definitely isn’t cramped inside. Always plenty of rotating house beers to try with a few regulars that stay on. Everything I’ve had here has been solid, but I can’t say I’ve had anything really great either. Great food menu to compliment the beers with some great pizza choices. Free garage parking is another definite plus. Solid place and worth a visit.

Nice wood bar but it feels a little contrived. 11 house taps this day. Service was okay. Didn’t eat.

Cavernous space, nondescript. Usually have 8-10 in- house beers on tap. Food is slightly above-average pub grub.

Nice food selection. 12 or so qualityhouse beers on tap. Update January 2013: went to the Burn’s night dinner and the food was nothing short of spectacular -- way superior to any other brewpub or bar food -- and would hold its own against many fine restaurants.

Modern, if almost cookie cutter corporate chain looking brewery cum restaurant interior. Thankfully the food and beer are much higher quality than Capitol City Brewing or the likes. Service was much better as well. Very courteous, attentive, allowed us to stay in the main dining room until almost 11pm with no hassle. Could get $1.50 samples of everything on tap so I just went buck wild. Some great beers here. The Oaked Ivan was insanely good as well as their Dingo IPA and Two hemispheres IPA. Some of the beers tapped weren’t on the beer menu yet so make sure to ask the server. The ’frickles’ or fried pickles were awesome. Fig and balsamic white pizza was excellent. We spent about $50 for two people including tip. So a bit higher end, dress code is causal, interior is slightly more formal looking. Nice patio seating. Parking garage inside the complex is free, a first in the DC area. Had a great time.

August 2011. Went early on a Saturday and was sorely disappointed to find out that many of their kegs had kicked the night before and had not been replaced. They were also out of a food item that we had wanted to order, but I can’t recall what it is now. Their pizzas were very tasty, and creatively topped. I would give this place another shot just for the food. The beer was tasty, the saison was well liked by our group, and I was a fan of the wee heavy.

Massive space located in an upscale development though it feels more like a movie set of a brewpub than an actual brewpub. It’s oddly designed. For examples they have this massive bar area and this massive dining area but the only bathrooms were behind the conditioning tanks. I hate bars that have bathrooms that are far from the staging area. We visited on a busy Sunday night and for some reason they only had one bartender so service was rushed and stressful. The beers I had were fairly solid so I might try those again but the food was not good. The pizza continues DC’s reputation for dodgy pizza. I had hoped this was going to be a better experience so I’m a bit disappointed it wasn’t.

Very much the sleek brew pub as Travlr pointed out. The beers that I tried are average, if a bit boring. It’s still a young pub, so hopefully with time the beer will become more adventurous. The pretzel bites were great but the pizza crust was hard and difficult to chew. I would come back to try it again.

Sleek and modern brewpub with some brightening tanks plunked down in the middle. Three handpulls, although only one was on during my visit. Beers are OK, available in 4 four ounce pours fir six bucks. . No complaints.

Beer with brunch at 10am, sweet! And one of the most comprehensive tap (and cask) lists you’ll find at a brewpub without any duds. Quite the opposite in fact. Lots of food options as well. Place looked nice, hard to get a sense of the more typical ambiance at 10 in the morning. Regarding the beer though, a true beer geek’s brewpub.
