Old restaurant decor and feel. Kind of felt like stepping back in time a little bit, but whatever works.
It was pretty crowded around dinner time on a Saturday night, but we found a couple seats at the bar. Cheap drinks and even cheaper beers. I almost didnít believe the bill when I got it, it just didnít seem like enough.
The core house beers are essentially the same as Lumberyard up the street. Thereís also some overlap between the two locations. They do have some unique beers here, though. Beer quality was mostly mediocre with a couple duds. Nothing really stood out.
They have a section separate from the restaurant which is more of a bar and billiard room. Probably the better place to go if you just want to drink.

This was more like a really big bar with a full food menu. Best deal in town if all you want to do is get drunk. Otherwise there isnít much reason to stop here with other, much better, options a short walk away.

Nicely restored older building give this place a nice feel - especially when coated to its sleeker sister brewpub, Lumberyard. Beer menu is pretty limited, with 8 Lumberyard/ Beaver Street brews on tap with 15 or so cans and bottles. Old was quite good.

Been going there since opening day and it has had ups and downs, but is generally pretty good. Good food and above average beer makes it a place to take a date or have a family dinner.

To eliminate any confusion - I talked to the owner and this place is owned by Lumberyard, which is why they have 75% of the same beers. They try to carry one or two that Lumberyard doesnít have. I thought it was more of an older dive-y atmosphere, but service was great. They have taps, bombers, and cans. The value was OK. Overall I like it just a little better than Lumberyard.

Been going to Beaver street brewery/brews and cues since about 2003. Split into two sections. One restaurant with bar and then Brews and Cues with big screens and bar and pool tables. Always my go too place when Iím in Flagstaff. Very friendly environment with a diverse crowd of locals students tourists families etc. Food is very good from burgers to pizza to shrimp Gorditas and they have an amazing ribeye. Price is very wallet friendly as well for the food. Great IPA Red Stout and hefe. I usually get the IPA. Most of the time they have $3.50 imperial pints. Love good old Beaver Street itís a great place to start the night out and get food. Then go hit Fbc!

Place is split up in a bar and a restaurant next door. When I was there they had the same beers on tap in both places, but that is not always the case according to the bartender. They do samples for 75 cents each, so good value here.

Mothers day 2010. My wife and I had spent the day on the Grand Canyon Railway (Williams to the South Rim and back) and the shuttle bus dropped us off at the AmTrack station, 50 meters from here. Our hotel was just past the brewery and as we hadnít made it in here yet, we stopped off for our tea.
The place is more restuarant than a bar, although the brewing equipment is in full view if you get given a seat towards the windows, as we were. There were a couple of people sitting at the bar, so food isnít a must. The place was almost full, mothers being treated to a night off from cooking, families enjoying the evening together, nice, but annoying when you want a quiet pint and a pizza, we should have sat at the bar!
The place is open plan with the pizza ovens to your left on entering, the bar and brewing equipment to the right, semi-rustic-woody-homely look to it as a whole.
The waiting staff were fine and friendly, the pizzaís too big, we needed doggy bags. Couldnít get excited about their beers though, nothing wrong with them, but nothing stood out about them either. The Brew and Cue part appeared completely empty (21.00 on a May Sunday), so after or meal we headed back to our motel beds via the fridge which Iíd stashed some goodies into.
