My least favorite brewery of my trip to Denver. We got brought here for lunch on the Brewbus. Everyone on my bus ordered great looking meat dishes while I chose Mac N’ Cheese which sounded good. Getting the regular version meant 10$ worth of blandness. Huge portion but tasted like nothing, filling I guess. I was kicking myself as friends ate good looking food. The tasting flight had beers which were average while the atmosphere was of a slick upscale brewpub. The service was ultra-friendly and very good but wasn’t enough to salvage my impression I should’ve gone elsewhere...

This is a beautiful and large brewery with some nice spaces for drinking and sampling their beers. Unfortunately...and as others have said...the beers here are not up to the standards of the amazing competition in the region. Nothing here is bad mind you...and this brewery would probably rate much higher in another state with less competition...but here in the area north of Denver...it just doesn’t stand out beyond a good looking place.

Went here last fall before a CSU football game. Surprised how not busy it was. Pretty modern and cool feeling setup, and the staff was nice. The food was also pretty great too. Only place I’ve been in FoCo so far so I can’t really compare.

This is a pretty large setup. I guess it makes sense since they bottle all their beers. The beers are not very good unfortunately so it’s confusing that they would expand and still be busy. The tasting room filled up pretty quickly at noon on a Saturday. The people were happy to drink all the house beers they could get their hands on. Some of the beers were alright like the regular doppelbock but some were undrinkable, like the sour doppelbock. The service was friendly and he knew a little bit about the beer but he mostly just told us that everything is good. The building is very nice and could be a great place to hang out if the beer got better. It’s also next door to a bar/restaurant that sells almost exclusively Fort Collins beer.

Third stop of the Ft. Collins brewery tour extravaganza. Small tasting room with a horseshoe shaped bar. Patio seating available outside and a handful of tables around the tasting room. A TV or two with a football game on. There were 15 beers on tap and almost all of them were just terrible. The service was at least friendly. Fair prices, but considering how bad the beers were...

This place is almost never busy, especially for a small taproom. The ambiance is pretty typical with a helpful and friendly staff. Prices are fairly typical. Unfortunately, their beer just isn’t that great. A few exceptions, of course. I usually stop here because it’s in between Funkwerks and Odell. Check out their restaurant next door, Gravity 1020.

The tasting room is small and quaint but well laid out with a very comfortable patio out front. Bartender was really nice and helpful. My whole reason for my visit was to get my hands on the first two installments in their Out of the Ashes series and beyond that, I was pretty excited about the limited release tap list. They had seven limited beers featuring two smoked beers, a sour beer, a "double pale" and a few other things. Much of Fort Collins beer I don’t really care for with the exception of the smoked stuff which they seem to do quite well. I was very happy with the value and quality of the beers that I got on my visit. They have a restaurant adjacent to the taproom, but I did not venture over there.

Modern, updated space with a decent sized patio out front and connected restaurant. Somewhat small place, but very clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and attentive. Beers are mediocre to below average, but nothing that is really off-putting. Prices are reasonable and usually anywhere from 8-12 different taps at any given time. Worth checking out, especially if you are at Odells because it is right down the street.

Stopped in here on a Sunday afternoon. Modern looking ambience, ok beers and pretty good food (at the restaurant next door called Gravity 1020). Had a flight of four beers but I don’t remember the price. They have a nice patio if that’s your thing.
