The food was a bit greasy, but tasted good. It’s been too long (over 3 months) since I was there and can’t really remember a beer really standing out, so I’d have to say there was nothing outstanding or bad about them. Pretty average overall, but I liked the setting. I’ll be back to give the beer another try.

The HG beer is really only OK, I enjoy the IPA, but not much else. The guest taps when they have them are typically another local downtown. I enjoyed the food. The outdoor area next to the river is one of the best places in town to hang out and enjoy a beer and a view. Lots of games to play and a big sand V-Ball area.

Maybe the best outdoor bar in Milwaukee. Unfortunately the beer sucks. Great place to hang out with friends. Don’t expect good beef.

Loud and noisy filled with plenty of drunken young 20 somethings, definitely not my pint of ale. Their beer is freaking awful, someone needs to show the brewmaster a style guide as he has no clue on what to do. I guess it fits in with Milwaukee’s beer scene, we just don’t have a great brewpub, but we a bunch of sub-par ones like this place. The burger I had was decent - the Smokey Robinson with pulled pork and onion rings and my waitress was very friendly. They had about 10 of their beers on tap this visit.

The wait is always way to long. They told us there was a 2 hour wait for a table and when there was a table ready right in front of us. We inquired and found out that this table had been reserved 3 hours from then. They need to get the seating down better. The Beer was great and the building is pretty cool.The food was also very good.

This place has an amazing patio right on the river. It’s always fun. Great pizzas and I love the beer.
