Very nice bar, well designed interior and patio space at the front. Large and nicely varied beer selection, flights available. Food cheap and tasty. Service friendly. I visited Sunday night so it was quiet, but all in a pretty awesome beer drinking venue!

Right across from the Town Hall so figured I would poke my head in. A nice selection of local taps. A large bar with a nice feel to it and plenty of seating on my visit. Bartender was great and gave me a sample of a few things before I made my purchase. Didn’t sample the food on my visit. Prices seemed a touch steep, but nothing out of step. A nice stop especially considering the location.

Nice place with a pretty good taplist, right across seven corners from Town Hall Brewery. A ton of locals, as well as other midwestern and west coast favorites.

Crowded place but they really have some great brew options! Didnt have any food but heard it is great! Service was pretty slow but it really was busy.

Bar and restaurant in the Cedar/Riverside West Bank area. Lots of polished wood, high ceilings. Spacious outdoor seating area, too. 50 taps: very good selection of local and Midwest regional brews. Four ciders. A few imports. Good, limited menu: small plates, salads,burgers, other sandwiches, and entrees. I went there twice in two days, and the service was pretty good, even when they were busy. They seemed to know their beer. Only one bad beer, served muddy and tasteless (maybe dregs of a keg). This place has the best selection and atmosphere in the neighborhood.

With their recent expansion of their draft systen, Republic currently has 50+ taps. Their lines and glassware are always clean so you can always be assured you’re getting quality pours. They move through a lot of beer so the list is seemingly ever changing. Sampler flights offered as well. Some of the best bar food in the metro. Huge patio that never seems to get over crowded. All staff is well-trained and knowledgeable. Food kicks ass too. Without a doubt, one of the best bars in MSP.

I’ve visited this place a couple of times since it changed from Sgt. Preston’s. I love what they’ve done with the beer list. One of the best beer-related happy hour values in the Cities with $3 U.S. craft beers as well as three 8 oz pours of anything for $10. Large patio in front that overlooks the bustle of the 7 corners. Bonus that it’s right across the street from the Cities’ best brewpub, Town Hall.

Cool bar right across from Town Hall with an extensive tap list. Most of the beers I have had, couple gem beers on the list like the Chocolate Yeti. Decent prices and a large patio, would definitely go back.

Checked this place out today after hitting up Town Hall for barrel aged week tickets. Great spot to go for some decent brews. Not sure who entered the bar information, but sign out front said open at 11 AM and I counted at least 35 taps. Offered flights of anything on tap, 3 8 ounce pours for $10. Kids got the grilled cheese which I sampled and it was very good. Had home made ketchup that was very tasty. Service was dynamite, our server/bartender Ryan was awesome! After encountering the bad service at Town Hall, this was a nice change.
