Awesome new spot in Downtown PHX. Brought here by a fellow beer enthusiast who painted a grand picture, so my expectations were high. Surprisingly, they were exceeded.
Great bar food. I was thrilled by everything I sampled in our 3 person party. Drink selection was very nice, with special mention due to the bottle menuís diversity. A few rarities, but overall a high-quality list of choices. Service was friendly and prompt. Prices were far better than average on most of the tough-to-find bottles. The vibe inside was relaxing and chic.
Will be back next time Iím in town.

Located near downtown Phoenix, this place looks kind of nondescript on the outside with a small parking lot but plenty of street parking. Looks a bit like Torst in Brooklyn on the inside which means its like Scandinavian desert except bigger with more comfortable chairs and you donít have to climb a flight of stairs to use the bathroom. The tap list was awesome among with a lot of Belgians and Scandinavian stuff though I was told they just had their 1 year anniversary so the selections were turned up to 11 for the occasion. The atmosphere was lively and full,of conversation. It had a real community feel to it. I think most people would consider themselves fortunate to have a local this cool in their neighborhood.

What to say about this place. Located in a dingy run down part of downtown that might be off putting to some. Cool interior that is rather Spartan with concrete floors minimal fluff and folly where the white subway tiles at the bar is a nice touch. The outside patio is large and inviting and seems to be no-smoking which is a big plus. The tap selection runs the gamut as they have lots of style represented and regions and locally brewed and different countries. It is pretty easy to find a couple I havenít had before. I try to get here for lunch, only open for lunch on Friday during the week. The food is dynamite. I canít wait to go here again and slowly work my way through the entire food menu . . . and also get growlers to go.

Downtown Phoenix but out of the way in slightly bad neighborhood. Great interior and good vibe. Beer list has been awesome both times I have gone. 30+ on tap and weighted towards big beers. Any place that has st bernardus 12 and Celebrator on tap at same time is top notch. Also, many US microbrews from places like Dogfish Head and other awesome brewers. This place is beer-centric and must stop for beer geeks. Great prices on their flights of beers. Food was good also but beer the highlight.

A quick walk from the light rail station at Roosevelt and Central. Thereís a lack of visible signage, but itís pretty conspicuous - like a dunce, I thought the address, 810, was BIO, and that was the name of the bar at that location. This was before I had any beer. The scene is sort of hipster/industrial. Very clean, very friendly, interior is utilitarian. It gets busy, but the staff was responsive and helpful. Selection is good, prices are OK. Sample sizes are generous. Food is first class and delicious.

Came for dinner and drinks. Pretty cool decor despite outside and neighborhood not leading me to believe so, nice patio. Bartender very friend and attentive. Food was delicious and 31 taps of good brew and not being local plenty of new rates and delicious beers. Overall great time ill probably be back as close to hotel and they seem to turn over kegs quickly

Easily my favorite beer bar in the valley. 32 rotating taps, so you know they will have something different each time. The owners are great people, who are real big fans of Sour beers, so they are trying their best to have sours on tap, educate and get more people into them.
The food menu is very ecclectic. Not your typical bar food, definitely on a higher scale. Everything I have ate here was fantastic.
Really the only downside to this, is that it is a little bit more pricey than your typical craft beer bar, but it is absolutely worth it though.

The ambience and draft selection are pretty good. Major fail in service and food though. The servers donít know anything about beer whatsoever. The only bartender that did they fired. Food often comes out wrong and forget about trying to special order anything.
Update-They fired the only bartender who knew anything about beer. Itís a shame because this place has potential but the owners just donít know how to run a business apparently.

We went here the week they opened, and knew right away they were going to be a huge success. They have a TON of taps, and get some really rare beers. The two people that own it are real estate agents, found this listing, and bought it... to open a bar! Glad they did, because they get some really good beers on tap. They have bottles coming soon. Oh, and the food... the food is amazing. Get the pop tarts. They are home made and delicious. This place also has a very cool vibe and is a great place to relax and have lunch outside on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
