Great place to grab a brew and a burger. Good service and good selection. Its more of a bar with food as a second thought but they pull it off well. The burgers are great as are the fries, wings, potato salad.

Thereís a great selection of brews here, especially NC beers. The place has a comforting coziness when itís not bustling. Sometimes itís hard 2 get that initial drink, but once you do youíre in. Iíve heard good things about their food, but I havenít been blown away, yet (still hoping, though). The beer specials are pretty decent, but they only run 2 a week (Thur. & Fri.). I enjoy coming here, and itís a really nice place to bring guests from out-of-town...especially in the later hours. Iíve also gotta give these guys a HUGE thumbs up for having the cleanest & best smelling bathrooms in town. Too bad thereís only 2 unisex restrooms, though itís never usually a long wait if any. Cheers & enjoy!

This is still one of my favorite bars in the city. They continually rotate taps and offer a good selection each time. Good representation of locals, but they often have a "rare" special tap, such as Event Horizon, or BBA-Peopleís Porter. Their food is always stellar, and service is friendly and prompt. Highly recommend this place to people.

This bar had a very unique atmosphere - sort of like an old diner that had been retrofitted into a bar. Some outside seating was nice. Inside was pleasant because it was not crowded, but it would feel very cramped if more people were around. Definitely had an emphasis on draft beer. Fair selection of locals and other micros. Average prices and very friendly staff. Iíll go back.

Iíve been to this place several times back in college and itís usually crowded. Beer selection is not great. Though they may have a lot of taps they are the likes of Blue Moon, Guiness, Bass, Widmer Bros, ect. Every once in a while they had a decent beer, eg. celebration ale, listed on the chalk board but it was always "out." The only interesting thing they seemed to have were a couple of Natty Green Beers on tap all the time but those arenít any good. Oh yeah, the best thing I can remember them having were some Highland beers. The food is usually pretty good, wide variety of pub food but with a twist and added quality. Since thereís not much to do in W-S iíd say go there once a month.

Decent bar with a nice selection of local and regional brews ranging from the local Foothills, to brews from Asheville and Atlanta. Good bar service, but no tables available except for a few outside hightops. Food is decent bar sandwich far. A decent little place to spend an evening.
