July 2009. I love SLC’s Red Rock Brewing Co. and was anxious to check out their taphouse in beautiful Park City. A group of 13 of us went for dinner on a quiet weekday night. A near mirror image of the one in Salt Lake City. Located just off of the highway before Park City proper, in a shopping center. A nice atmosphere, clear and cool. Good food and about 10 Red Rock beers on tap. Seasonal beer plus the regular menu. A nice place to escape while Christmas shopping. |
