Outstanding German speciality store, with a butcher shop and bakery, that features some fantastic German foods. All sorts of German candies, toys, novelities, you name it. Small, but very good selection of German beers to go with the great German food. I like getting some fresh German bratwurst, and some fantastic landjager here, and of course get some good German beers to have with it. A wonderful store, packed full of German candies, foodstuff, beer, wine, meats, cheeses. The staff speak German, which was very unexpected and very welcome! They are very knowledgeable about everything in their store, otherwise they wouldn’t sell it. I was able to pick up several beers I had not been able to find around here. A small family run shop that sells everything German, including beer.They seem to sell pretty much every German beer that is regularly available in Northern Virginia. THey also sell a huge assortment of homemade German food stuffs, sausages, breads, deli meats, desserts. Stop in for the food and pick up some German beer while there. A neat place and worth a stop if in the neighborhood. |
