If you’re stopping by Cally’s, you may as well stop by here to see what bottles they have available. I didn’t purchase anything because I had stopped at Vintage Cellar in Blacksburg a few hours earlier, but the selection here is certainly respectable. Lots of singles available, which is a plus. Nice cozy atmosphere and friendly staff.

First, let me qualify this by saying I am the manager of this shop (why I rated the averages of the previous three ratings). About a year ago we changed locations, and as result our beer selection has more than doubled (just under 100 selections). All beers are for sale individually (so you can mix and match). Come by and say hello!

Quite a decent selection. Mostly available in singles. Very attentive and friendly service. Came in handy as we were on a brief visit to town to visit Calhouns and I needed to pick up a few bottles as well.

Ditto what can8ianben said. The beer selection, while small, is quite nice and is rotated well, with varying styles always present, from American hop monsters to Belgians and upscale lagers. All beers are sold singly, priced at 1/6 the cost of a six pack, a big plus for someone out to try new beers. A big thumbs-up for being a wine store who has a beer enthusiast on staff to take care of the beer. Decent wine selection mostly in the $10-$15 range. A welcome establishment in these parts, and definitely worth a visit if in Harrisonburg.

Being my local shop for quality beer, I love this place. The selection is good, however the emphasis at this place is on wine. Its a fantastic little shop that has a beer selection in the back. Its tiny and somewhat hard to find, but ask around. People know where it is.
