| maniac (55), Richmond, Virginia | | June 28, 2008 This is a specialty market, seems to focus on the vegetarian and vegan market quite heavily. They’ve a fairly decent beer selection in the back though. I’ve found a few odd beers here that I’ve not seen at other local stores. From what I’ve heard this was the original place to get craft beer in Richmond before the city branched out into craft beer as much as it did. | | Butters (107), Temporarily in Nashville, Tennessee | | February 11, 2008 Small natural market at the top of Carytown. Not a real emphasis on beer but a more implressive selection of craft brews than you’d typically expect to find in a grocery story. They have about a dozen belgians that are located separately from the rest of the microbrews. Competitive prices. Didn’t try the food but there were LOTS of people around the buffet. The perfect place for the vegetarian/beer lover. |
