This is a nice place but i have only been on the roof deck. A decent selection of belgian beers is avaliable at high cost. The hemp oil hummas that we got was really good though. Nice joint and its right across the street from my home office.

The trendy crowd always turned me off a bit here, with uptight young folks drinking sweet Belgian girly beer from flutes and paying dearly for it. But the beer selection is decent, served in proper glasses (except on the roof). And I always liked the fish and the nice rooftop view. Gives you something to look at when you can’t hear each other talk.

Cool place that i just happened to walk into in Adams Morgan. Pretty good tap list. Chimay, De Konick, Clipper City & Hennepin to name a few. Good atmosphere. Didn’t make it upstairs but pretty good place.

I liked this place. It had a great ambiance with the fish tanks on the middle level, a great roof top patio, and a loungesque bottom level all along DCs hot strip, Adams Morgan. Nice and clean inside keeps the place classy while still having some beer related decor of taps lining along the ceiling. The people weren’t the greatest, and beware Tuesday night is kareoke. The beer list wasn’t extensive by any means, but only Miller Light as a true macro, and maybe Yuenling. Agree with jeffin7 if you want a table come early. I really liked it, prices a little high, but its adams morgan. Server was great, enthusiastic and funny. No pretention which you can find around the area quite often.

This place had a pretty decent selection of beer, from regional ales to belgians on tap. On the roof, the glassware was atrocious, everything was served in ugly pastel colored plastic drinking glasses. Aside from that, the clientele was awful, but fully what I expected from this place. I didn’t like my experience on the roof, and would like to try one of the other levels, if I ever return. The beer selection doesn’t warrant a special trip.

We got in at first and were downstairs. There are reefs or kelp hanging from the ceiling with fish tanks all around. It was quite crowded down there but not too hard to get a drink. We finally were allowed upstairs. This was the cool part of the bar. It was a huge room round bar with plenty of standing room. There were a few fish tanks up there. I didn’t like the decor as much as the standing room at the bar where you could camp out and order. They had some decent brews, I was surprised because it didn’t seem like the place to carry micros. $6 for Arrogant Bastard or $5 for Miller Lite? Easy Choice!

In the center of Adams Morgan. If your friends want a somewhat trendy "night on the town" type bar and you want at least some decent beer this is a good choice. First level is a small bar and is made to look like you are under a tropical canopy. Second level is much more open and spacious and has tropical fish aquariums and tables spread throughout and a pretty cool center bar. DeKoninck comes in a goblet and Allagash White comes in a long version of a tulip glass. I heard that the third floor is a roof top bar but have not been up there. And at the end of the night you can go across the street and get the biggest slice of pizza you have every seen for $3.50, I have seen medium pizzas smaller then this slice. The website tap list is not always right, when I was there they didn’t have 60min but had another IPA. The tables where like gold in that place around 10:30 when I was there so you may want to go early and scout out a table if you plan to be there for most of the night.
