June 22, 2005 One large room that seems to be a throw back to the beer parlors of the late 70’s. I was the only one there for the first 20 minutes so service was extremely attentive. When the owner/bartender saw me taking notes she was even more attentive even after half a dozen people can in. They had 8 taps with 4 for macro swill and 4 micros. 2 of which were the local Dicks brewing. She said that she mostly drank macros but knew that the micros were served way too cold. She made sure that I was going to have another and which one so that she poured it about half way through the first to let it warm up. Overall it was a very good experience. Even though there is no food they are working on getting a food license. They also had just installed a new jukebox. |
